Had a procedure done at Fairview Southdale this morning. The staff was wonderful . Everyone greeted us with a smile, asked multiple times if there is anything they can to make my wife and I more comfortable.The Doctor spent alot of time with me, explained everything and had such a calm demeanor. They put me at ease during a stressful time. I highly recommend Fairview Southdale!

The falls were at their best with all the rain we had. Enjoyed walking down all the stairs and seeing the falls from another angle.

I didn't know if this program was for me but it was worth trying and so far it's working I'm building confidence and relationships with great people in recovery the staff is amazing they are all extremely kind and helpful this is just the beginning of the rest of my life one that will finally be lived without being chained up in my addiction thank you to everyone who has and is and will be apart of this program helping other's

A friend recommended this place to me, as I've been struggling with my mental health (burnout) a lot lately and I haven't been able to get connected with a therapist. Tonight I met with Marrisa virtually and she was so easy to talk to, so empathetic and so helpful. I'm so grateful for this service, because I had the worst breakdown last Wednesday (that I've had in over a decade) and I need to reduce the chances of that ever getting that bad again. Thank you!

I was mind blown at how welcoming this facility is, i was a homeless from prison, they help me get housing, as immigrant, they helped me get my green card renewed,they helped me find the job and mental health services are great! Counselors and therapists are really amazing, shoutouts to the owner Yusuf, fardowsa, sharon,cece and others. I highly recommend it to Rwandese people who struggle with addiction and mental health issues. While I was in the treatment, they offered me opportunity to get IT training in cybersecurity and they help you navigate through the process of education and finish your degree in case you dropped out of college like me.

The people here are genuine and so welcoming and welcome newcomers with open arms the intake process is super tedious and long and takes 3 to 4 hours but it s so so so worth it!!!!! no regrets choosing to come here I promise you will feel the same I can t say one bad thing about this place at all. If i could give this place 10 stars I honestly would i m pretty sure this place saved my life

I've received help from here multiple times in different stages of my life and they have been very helpful even if it seems a bit much they do care

I can tell u that this place Is the most comfortable place I have ever been to the staff are awesome and have been in are shoes so it makes it a lot easier and the fellowship is strong good job to everyone for opening my life up to a new beginning

I have been a patient here at least 30 years. I love NPWC the Medical staff and personnel that work here do so because this is where they want to work. This is not a place you work just for a paycheck! I love the diversity of the staff and the clients. Everyone is welcome is here.I love my Primary Dr. Schabert. I don tknow how many years I ve been her patient but I m sure it s been over a decade. She is an excellent physician. She is through and I trust her very much.She cares about her patients and will make hunt you down to ensure that you are following are orders. She tickles me!The Director, Dr. Erickson just retired after three decades! He is the kindest caring person you could ever hope to have. His presence will be missed by everyone. A bureaucrat he was not!! During Covid he was right out front inthe midst of it. Making sure the testing protocols were running properly. He was in the clinic on Saturdays! He saw patients along with the other staff. In other words he walked the talk! So congratulations Dr. Erickson on a career well done! Thank you for being youThere are so many more people that have been great to me over the years.In Behavioral Health, Therapist Ann Sparks, who is another person that is retiring this February. I will miss her very much. She has been very good to me. I felt safe telling my stories to her and she was always there for me with clarity and sage advice. Empathy when needed and a gentle but firm push when required.Dr. Alton is another person that is a good physician to have to have on your corner team. He steers the boat to where you need it to go. He keeps you grounded and I appreciate it.I don t want to forget the Health CareAttendants. They make the patient feelat at ease and take care of basic requirements for the doctors charts. This enables the doctors to spend moretime talking with their patience. Time is so valuable between a doctor and their patient. They make easier for the doctors to their jobs easier and more efficient. They are the ones that do the set ups and the finish parts as well.The front desk/ referral / triage department are the crew that makes all of Northpoint work. Their job is no easy task rather on the phone or face to face! I ve seen some delicate situations handled with kindness, patience, compassion and professionalism.I appreciate their dedication and patience they exhibit everyday on the job. They treat me with o and respect (the old school staffers know me well).I know this was a long review but this is a very special place with very special people working here.

Dr. Bachman is hands down one of the best M.D. on my medical team. For several years he has demonstrated a level of professionalism that stands above the rest in the medical industry. Dr. Bachman develops personalized approaches for his patients. He treats you like you are his top priority and not just a number. The level of care he provides is top of the line. Lastly he demonstrates compassion and empathy towards his patients. I would strongly recommended Dr. Bachman ! Thank you for being an advocate for me and the life changing care you have provided !

I ve only been working with Melissa for a short time but my experience with her was immediately better than all the time with my previous therapist. She listens to my concerns and lets me talk when I need to talk, understands my humor, and most importantly, treats me as an individual and not a one size fits all approach to mental health

I have been looking for housing. My friend Kathy took me here. I did my intake and they said they would let me know. Huge buildings and very nice place. They are doing some remodeling.
