My son was here for 90 days. I am beyond grateful for the help and guidance he/we received. The counselors went above and beyond. She genuinely listened to our input and incorporated what she heard into his assignments.we had some Extenuating circumstances that she was able to accommodate as well. I felt the director had my son's best interest at heart. He genuinely cared about the children. They were very accommodating with my schedule for our weekly visits. I chose to give 4 stars due to a few issues with a nurse. The nurse that we ended up dealing with for the rest of his stay went above and beyond as well.I would highly recommend this facility and staff.

Nice buildings, really good staff that want to help you in spite of your condition. They will always lend you a hand. I'm grateful to them!

LND and NICU: I dont even know where to begin. My wife went into early labor so we got sent to st cloud from our home hospital. The whole thing from start to finish 38 days in total was amazing. I wish I could remember our care team names and list them all- each and every one in both departments were absolutely amazing. The food choices are great and well priced, general staff were super helpful. 34 day NICU stay and they kept us informed each step of the way and even let me sit in on a care plan meeting so I knew what to expect for the next few days. The LND team cared well for my wife before and after giving birth and, given my wifes history, made her feel very comfortable. Again I wish I could remember their names, you can imagine that 38 days would give you lots of nurses and doctors, to give each one the recognition they deserve. From the bottom of my heart my family thanks you for everything!!! We were so impressed that even though we live in the Brainerd area that we plan on making this team our primary if we have another one.

Assertive Community Treatment team. Psychiatric outpatient program. Treatment in the office, at home or both. Licensed psychiatric care, certified psychiatric nurses, medication management, treatment, therapy, counseling, drug/alcohol addiction counseling, therapy and treatment. I would say that Great River Assertive Community Treatment, ACT team in Monticello, MN, is one of the best routes on outpatient psychiatric services, for people with disabilities, addiction and/or like problems.

The staff excels in communication and care. When a child is eager for assistance, committed to self-improvement, and supported by their parent(s), the program yields positive results. I have tremendous gratitude towards them for guiding my child to rediscover her true self. Thank you Clara's house for everything.

Honestly, this program along with the greatest staff, saved my life. Yes, I did do all the work, however, it was because of the genuine support and care given. My counselors pushed me to be accountable to myself and others.

Focus 12 it's a great place to get your life back on track. They work with an efficient program, and they make it work for you even if sometimes they are overbooked.

this place was great and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. they worked with my other advocates which other inpatients i ve been placed at have failed to do often for me. it s not the most fun of inpatients, but it s overall a good place to get treatment and i d recommend this inpatient way more than many of the other inpatients i ve been to. no judgement, much assistance, and very good people that work there. thank you all !!

The care that has been received has been what we have intended to be. The customer service of the front desk/appointment schedulers. It is awkward most of the time. Bunnie is great, but the rest is short, not proper etiquette while having clients on the phone. They make sound like the appointment is a burden. Otherwise the care is great.
