But I ve been coming here for a few months now with my child. The nurse has been nothing but sweet to us. And takes the time to answer my questions as well as follows up with concerns! The nurse practitioner dose run late sometimes (10-20 mins MAX) and is done through video chat at the office. Which is fine! Video has always been clear and I don t understand why someone would be upset about him over explaining medications?! It should be that way! And I personally respect that, he does take a while to get into but again. It s a community office with large case loads! Front desk staff is very friendly! And returns calls promptly! Our therapist is great and really works with our family! And once the ball gets rolling which is going to take time appointments and visits get better. This office looks newly updated and clean from what I ve seen thus far!
