I was skeptical about bringing my daughter here based of the reviews but I'm glad I didn't let them stop me! Putting her in the PHP program was the best decision I've made! Mariam was amazing, all the staff was great! I've seen such positive change in my daughter, she left smiling everyday. Today was her last day and she is sad about it but the positive impact new oakland left my daughter with is something I'll always be greatful for!

Willing to listen to all my personal concerns and always come up with a plan and even back up plans to help. Seeking guidance can be difficult but this office with their amazing staff makes it easy.
