I have been going here for over 5 years. I was referred by several people. This is the best counseling agency I have been to and trust me I have been to many. The customer services is great! The staff are professional and knowledgeable. They see court ordered clients too and when they have to report the non-compliance clients get mad and write a negative review, so unfair. Black owned and the provide EXCELLENT services, they help so many people, don t be fooled by the negative reviews. Try them for yourself or refer them to someone in need, you will be satisfied like I am and so many others.

I've checked all the other reviews and they're saying the same thing about the billing dept...The billing dept is trully discusting they charge co-pays without making sure the insurance company hasn't paid for the entire visit and won't refund your money wonce the truth comes out... All I can say I have a great team of people who really cares. I would give a 1000 stars. The staff here are wonderful and caring. From Dr Hanna in Emergency: I felt like I knew him for a long time. He wanted to find out what was wrong with me. Once I got to my room my nurses and patient care techs love love. They made my stay great. Nurses London, Bette,Nketchi, Nazik, Paris. Hope i'm not forgetting anyone. My patient care techs, Chole, Abby, Terrance, Tonya, Shawna. Thank you. You made it easier for me to get through the days. Made me forget why I'm here. Eveyone I came in contact with was very caring. I was in the elevator and Doctor wished me well. That is how hospital should be. I wish I knew everyone's name. Thank you Floor 5!!!

5 stars although I believe I would have enjoyed my stay more thoroughly had I had a Jacuzzi in my room !!! and I was blessed to only have had a roommate for 1 night that they placed another human in my room out of 30 I was there? Just my opinion?As for the program, saved my life ! When I really didn't care to myself, I learned a lot while I was there.Most importantly I somehow had the epiphany that I never went to treatment because I wanted to quit using drugs, I went to treatment because I still wanted to use despite heavy consequences and I didn't know how to stop, and I had exhausted every resource I could come up with to continue using.I have now been drug and alcohol free for 17 months and my life is better than ever, I didn't expect to get this far , this easily.A certain staff member really helped me in making the next next decision on where to go from Eastwood that was a very important decision, not to go back into the same environment where I consistently succeeded to use a failed to stay clean, now matter how many reasons I came up with, or who else I could convince that it was a sound decision.I face my problems today and almost look forward to solving my problems as they arise ,there's nothing that can will would or could stop me from living a good life other than poor choices that would or could lead me in the wrong direction.

This clinic has been through a lot of changes in the last year, thankfully they have all been positive. You would not recognize this place from a few years ago. The staff is nice, helpful and treat us clients like people. The inside is clean and repainted with new TV's and kept clean daily. The counselors are amazing, Omar is the counselor I have had for years and truly is on my side and works to help me stay sober, he is always a call away and is always there for me. I have to say 5 out of 5. Great place to get clean and stay sober.

I went in their this morning bc I was dropped off there bc I was lost and not from the area and I asked if I could use a phone because mine was dead when I arrived inside the nice elderly redirected me and said that someone in the emergency room would help get me to the phones to make a call before I attempted to make the call tho I used the bathroom and when I got out to go use the phone the rude older security guard told me I had to leave and when I explained what happened and why I was there he said he didn't care so then I politely ask him to leave me alone and then he calls some shorter bald guy and he grabbed me up by my bad arm and when I told him why I was there and explained to him that I had disabilities and asked him to call someone he threatened to severely hurt me
