I have been going to this place for almost six months. They have helped me more than any past place I ve been to. They ve gone the extra mile to help me mentally and emotionally. They not only help with your mental health but they provide other types of care they even have their own nurses which I see Lisa and she helped find me a diet plan when my other doctors never have. They will go the extra mile including my therapist Jordan and my psychiatrist Sarah they both have been nothing short than fantastic. I highly recommend this place and if you keep up with your appointments and show you want help they will make sure you receive it.

She s the best.

This program has done so many good things for our family and my son who attended this year. Our son had been struggling for almost a year after a very bad car accident and he unfortunately began to abuse his pain pills. They really strive on the fact that you go at your own pace through the program to ensure that you are getting the most out of it. They do not want you to move alongside others their just because they may be going at a different pace than you. There are many different groups to choose to partake in and you get to customize things in terms of what is of interest to you. It is a very beautiful and tranquil center to receive treatment at. He was able to focus on himself in all areas, body, mind and spirit. The staff ensures a clean and inviting center to be at, they all work together to make sure that you are well taken care of and they offer great meals by an amazing cook as well. We are thoroughly grateful.

I've been going on and off mostly on for 12 years... I've had Cassie for 2 now and shes wonderful. All of anyone I've ever had here has been great. These ppl care. You do the work they guide you thru. Jails institutions and deaths are the only outcome. I'd rather just keep going back to chs then jail.

I had a great experience here with my adult adhd assessment. It changed my life.While I was initially actually diagnosed with adhd when I was 11, since my parents chose not to medicate me or what not and hoped I d grow out of it, my adhd went untreated and apparently undocumented. Started seeing a psychiatrist and since we couldn t track down the documentation, I needed to be retested at 30 years old before we could try certain meds.Sure enough, the adhd combined results spoke for themself. I actually also have anxiety, ocd (pure O), and depression, too. My psychiatrist and I started the med trial and error period, and after 4 months consistently on my two meds (Vyvanse for adhd, Prozac for the others,) I can honestly say my quality of life has increased dramatically. I m doing better at work and in my personal life.North Kent changed my life!! Also, I went in thinking what if I don t actually have adhd, and I realized well, if I don t, the test will at least answer that and give me other answers for what s actually going on. No matter what, you ll get answers and will have guidance for the next steps. Highly recommend this place.
