I attended the IOP at Changes and loved it! I was very apprehensive to attend group therapy, but it was truly the best decision I have ever made. My therapists, Jenna and Maddie, were so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. In group, you learn about skills to cope with anxiety and depression. The skills I have learned are truly life-changing and empowering. I attended therapy for one month.Every person I have met at Changes, from nurses to administrators and the psychiatrist, have all been kind, accepting and loving.Changes is a safe place to be yourself, be vulnerable and learn. Make the choice to attend, you won t regret it.

I went to the ER. Took me less than 5 minutes to get checked in, verses a half hours paper work to check in and 3 hours sitting in the waiting room to be seen. 5 minutes later they were taking me back to be tended to. Staff was pleasant, and friendly. I was treated with the utmost respect. Until today I did not know that all my needs could be met thru the VA. I was very naive about being able to use the VA medical center. Even though I am a veteran, I didn't think I qualified for medical services. They got the ball rolling on fixing my health issues. I will never go to a civilian hospital again, knock on wood.

This place is literally THE BEST !! Not only are ALL of the staff members super friendly and helpful, but also make you feel welcome and at home. I would highly recommend this place for treatment.

If it wasn't for Eastway I would have been dead by now. I've been with them for 15 years. But their housing program is okay. I also like the fact that there's a pharmacy right there inside. I've been using Eastway's Pharmacy since they opened up. I definitely like that your meds can be delivered to your front door IF you have No Way of getting to the Eastway building. IF you have (a) prescription(s) that needs to be filled the same day you go in for an appointment with a Doctor they will have it filled by the time you're done with your appointment. I will Always recommend Eastway to someone that needs mental health and proper medications. I like the staff that works there. Everyone is very nice to you and they usually have a smile on their face. I try to get a laugh out of one of them and it usually works. As long as Eastway has their doors open I will continue to go there. The staff is wonderful. I'm glad that I have a case manager for longer than two years. My case manager now (and has been for 4 solid years.) She goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She's been there for about 20 years). She helps me go grocery shopping and soon to do laundry up the road. I Pray everyday that I don't lose the case manager I have now. I have pleasant feelings for Eastway. IF you get the chance to be a client at Eastway, remember that getting the right medication can take some time. It took them close to 13 years of trying different medications to get the right regimen that works for ME. I also like the fact that there's a Bus Stop right out front of the building. . I hope you can enjoy the care and staff there. Everyone there is a happy, pleasant person. I LOVE EASTWAY!!! The ONLY way I'll go somewhere else is IF they close their doors. My mother told me about Eastway and when I started the "Journey" there I had a sense of good things to come my way. The rollercoaster of emotions that I was going through finally ended when I became a client at Eastway. At first I didn't like it there because of TWO case managers they Always had a funky attitude towards me and dismissed the fact that I'm there for Mental Health. I'm getting treatment for my Bipolar Disorder. Looking back I'm Glad that I got help from them. IF I didn't make the first appointment to go there, I HIGHLY DOUBT I would be alive right now making this post. Eastway is the one facility that I recommend EVERYONE to go to for Mental Health. In my opinion and experience, Eastway is the place to go get help. Thank you Eastway for your help and this "journey" I'm on with y'all.

The staff there were amazing and most of all being held accountable for your actions they truly cared about you it's so sad to see that Derick passed away he was a caring person and loved his family

Hello. I am looking for an outside doctor to still receive my subutext and dr visit. I have been sober for 2 years. I m finally out of treatment and sober living. I can t receive my meds

My uncle went into treatment for addiction here and I am so proud of him With the support and diligence of the stuff and help anytime, I'm proud to say he has been clean and sober for over 3 years God is good, and blessed our family to finally have our uncle back and don't have to worry about him day in and day out!!!!!Does anybody know the hours on a day like today, day after thanksgiving ? I'm just trying to help answer a question about the hours.. And again, God Bless

This aint my first Rodeo. That said. A lil rough around the edges. They have great policys in place. The Counselers are Amazing. Ive had the pleasure of knowing a few of them for several years. Some are Just Angels. Id send a friend.

This agency has an employee who is amazing and I feel like I owe her EVERYTHING she has showed nothing but patience, understanding, consideration, compassion and knowledge about mental health. I was treated with kindness, compassion, and understanding. Their staff is truly top notch and very knowledgeable as well as patient and dedicated. The facility is comfortable and extremely clean. I recommend KBMC to anyone struggling with anxiety, depression or any other crisis you're going through.

I've been at South community for about 4-5 years and I've had nothing but amazing results I've fought with depression amongst multiple other things I reached out and found one of the most amazing therapists Donna and she's helped me with so much in my time there I've also done the dbt therapy with Tanda and Ashley and it was honestly the best thing I've ever done it's helped me with regulating my emotions and helping me to not react the way I use too!! I am beyond grateful for everything they have taught me and I've had nothing but great experiences with all of the staff there absolutely pleasant to talk to and smile every time!!

I have been to several other psych doctors and I have never encountered anything like the quality and professionalism they have here. They actually care about their patients and don't over medicate people. The staff are always friendly and always have your best interest at heart. They will try to better your life and make sure you are happy with your treatment. They have really changed my life and gave me my confidence back. I wouldn't go to any other doctor ever again. Their sevice is a grand slam

They helped my fiancee recover and return to the way he used to be before his injury. He would always tell me how great the physical therapist and the receptionist was after his visits. I am very pleased with the work they put into rehabilitation for people.

I could not receive better care than I did during a recent surgery. Dr Doepker and Dr Hicks were awesome, as were the anesthesiologist, nurses, front desk staff and everyone else! My family and I thank them for their care and professionalism.
