outpatient iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Medical detox is done by licensed medical professionals who monitor vital signs and keep you safe, healthy, and as comfortable as possible as you go through detox and withdrawal.

I have been with Mathers for almost ten years. Now that my first doctor has retired, I am glad they have another well knowledgeable doctor in his place. She is genuinely involved with my specific needs and concerns. The staff there has always been helpful on the phone, too.

I have been a patient of Mathers for about 4 years I think, maybe a little more. I love the Drs. I love Christina K, she makes me feel that she actually cares and THINKS about my care instead of getting me in & out and pumping me full of Rxs. I love Dr Brody. Love love love her. She is on the recovery side but I see her and love talking with her and feel like we ve known each other for years. I do NOT however love Mathers billing. It s a MESS. Brie is not pleasant and has never returned a call back or email request in 5 months that I have asked for or even her own coworkers have asked of her. Katie, however, is WONDERFUL. I think she just has to work with a terrible system but has customer service skills that outshine the horrible billing system. Make sure you look at your bills and good luck trying to ask for clarification from Brie. You re better off just asking the pleasant front desk girls to help. They answered a simply question in 5 min that Brie never bothered to answer in 5 months and to this day still have never heard from her. Overall, the Drs at Mathers are wonderful. Definitely would recommend the ones I ve seen and remember, YOU are worth it & you are NOT alone. :)

To whom it may concern-My name is Nicole C. I have been a pt if Mathers for quite sometime. I am someone who has fancied a few clinics and relocated due too school or living situation. I find that Mathers not only was my methadone clinic but they treat the entire person. We have meetings at great times if you work during the day. We have the best counseling. I have the best counselor. He has helped me more then he will ever truly know.for all intent purposes, Mathers has saved my life and daily I am reminded of that very thing. I owe my life to these people. I m very grateful. My family is so grateful. If you have it if you find urself needing a methadone clinic, this by far is the best clinic in Illinois. The doctors and staff are the best. So yes, I highly recommend this clinic to a loved one or anyone

I m updating my old review which was a three star review. I ve had a pretty bad time with communication between the front desk and the providers. I mean it s been disastrous in the past. I wouldn t suggest leaving a message. Just call back and talk to somebody. And don t assume that things have been done. Follow up is important. But I m leaving a five star review based on my last couple of experiences with Dr. vemuri. Everything has been perfect, including the front desk, communication between my doctor and me.

Without Mathers team support, I never would have been able to get off opiates and no longer live in a state like an emotional zombie, trapped deadness. If you want to straighten up, go see them no judgement just help

Mathers clinic is a special place for recovery. The clinic has an established a top notch staff of professionals to help you regain control of your life. Everyone from the counselors to front desk to the nurses and the program director cares about your recovery and will be there to help you along the way. This has been a life changing program, it s not just about getting your dose here, they want to see you succeed. Shoutout to Jon the counselor who has been a huge part of my recovery success story, when you have people in your corner it gives you that motivation to keep going.
