The Washburne house is hands down the best DETOX/CSS In the State. I ve been to probably all of them and I ve never had a better experience. I went in October 2024 broken, lost my spouse of 20 yrs my business, my truck, and my apartment. I was negative about my future and ready to not even try. When I left I went to the facility I wanted to go, I was positive, and for the first time of many times trying in the past Im really serious and ready to stay sober. I can t say enough or express how much the BHTS CASEWORKER/CLINICIANS MDS/NURSING, and the kitchen and House Kitchen staff have made an impact on my stay. I would and will recommend anyone who wants to get there life together and seriously change the Washburn house is a place that will make you feel welcome and give you all the tools and support to continue and get you where you need to go on your journey to sobriety. My cousin has struggled with addiction for most of his adult life. He s been to countless rehabs, tried meditation and even hypnosis to get over his issues with substances. It wasn t until he joined Paramount Recovery Centers PHP that he actually began to embrace sobriety as his new norm. A truly amazing place staffed with kind, caring, wonderful, professional, fun, generous, thoughtful, and highly-skilled staff (I could go on) who are experts in ED recovery. My therapist at Laurel Hill is by far the best therapist I have ever had I learned so much from her and am still in awe of how she challenged me and ED narratives. The clinical director treats clients like family and invests her time and energy into each and every one of us she spent her Christmas holiday with clients baking cookies, enjoying holiday kareoke, and other festivities that she planned for us it was a special holiday, filled with so much love and support. The nursing staff are SO cool and kind. The RCs are absolutely the best.. I don t know how they do such a specialized and demanding job and do it SO well, all while getting to become so close with the clients.I would 100% recommend this place to anyone struggling with an eating disorder. I had lost hope when I entered treatment, and now I look forward to the day when I can say I am fully recovered, because thanks to the LH team, I know that day will come.

The office is rather a plain moderate size in an older medical facility.The clinician is thorough with a review of medical history, current medications, family and social backgrounds including housing situations and asked pertinent questions with sympathy and compassion related to the evaluation and assessment process.It is apparent to me that she has a detailed knowledge of psychiatry medicine.Since my second visit I have taken the medical advice as discussed. As a result I am able to handle stress and complicated tasks better.Now at this point I am most confident to be in good hands for treatment of my mental health conditions.And the Secretary verified that my insurance is accepted, which is a Medicare Advantage Senior Care Options Plan.Thank you gratefully for your important medical services for the Boston community.

All around GREAT staff! First time going into detox, I was very stressed and scared! From the time I called admissions to when they returned my call and set up a pick up time, everything went so smooth. As for admissions, it was a little long but once I got up to my room, I was treated very kindly. They definitely made sure I was comfortable and gave me enough time to feel better before getting into group activities. Once I started going to groups, my counselor Timmy was the best part of my recovery. I even told him while I was there that his kind words and how he conducted groups just helped me and made me see a different way of life. He believed in me when I didn t believe in myself and gave me the daily kick in the butt even when I wasn t in the mood or too tired for groups! Your help and dedication will always mean so much to me!! Today marks my two months of being sober and I have to thank the whole Adcare team for being a part of my journey, I am now doing Great, life is better and also got a promotion at work. I spent eight weeks at Blue Hills Recovery (Residential PHP) My experience was very very good. I can say that after reflecting on the person who was admitted and the person who finished and the difference it made. I mean as far as the way I felt and my ability to have a daily program, to talk about things going on my life much easier , having a little more discipline, and definitely more confidence in myself. I owe much of this to the therapeutic and community oriented program at Blue Hills.
