The Washburne house is hands down the best DETOX/CSS In the State. I ve been to probably all of them and I ve never had a better experience. I went in October 2024 broken, lost my spouse of 20 yrs my business, my truck, and my apartment. I was negative about my future and ready to not even try. When I left I went to the facility I wanted to go, I was positive, and for the first time of many times trying in the past Im really serious and ready to stay sober. I can t say enough or express how much the BHTS CASEWORKER/CLINICIANS MDS/NURSING, and the kitchen and House Kitchen staff have made an impact on my stay. I would and will recommend anyone who wants to get there life together and seriously change the Washburn house is a place that will make you feel welcome and give you all the tools and support to continue and get you where you need to go on your journey to sobriety. On a final note I m going back in 6 months and apply to work part time as a BHT so I can give back the same experience and help to the next person in need also feel the same as the Washburn House made me feel. My cousin has struggled with addiction for most of his adult life. He s been to countless rehabs, tried meditation and even hypnosis to get over his issues with substances. It wasn t until he joined Paramount Recovery Centers PHP that he actually began to embrace sobriety as his new norm. You see, what my cousin never had was a sense of community, and that is exactly what Paramount provided. It was clear from the moment I dropped him off with the clinical staff that he was going to be in good hands. Without Paramount my cousin may be in jail or even worse, deceased. We will always remember Paramount as the place that saved his life.

Probably the best place I could have gone to. Learned a lot here and you are set up to be successful with long term sobriety. Its more than a buff n shine clinic.

All around GREAT staff! First time going into detox, I was very stressed and scared! From the time I called admissions to when they returned my call and set up a pick up time, everything went so smooth. As for admissions, it was a little long but once I got up to my room, I was treated very kindly. They definitely made sure I was comfortable and gave me enough time to feel better before getting into group activities. Once I started going to groups, my counselor Timmy was the best part of my recovery. I even told him while I was there that his kind words and how he conducted groups just helped me and made me see a different way of life. He believed in me when I didn t believe in myself and gave me the daily kick in the butt even when I wasn t in the mood or too tired for groups! Your help and dedication will always mean so much to me!! Today marks my two months of being sober and I have to thank the whole Adcare team for being a part of my journey, I am now doing Great, life is better and also got a promotion at work. I spent eight weeks at Blue Hills Recovery (Residential PHP) My experience was very very good. I can say that after reflecting on the person who was admitted and the person who finished and the difference it made. I mean as far as the way I felt and my ability to have a daily program, to talk about things going on my life much easier , having a little more discipline, and definitely more confidence in myself. I owe much of this to the therapeutic and community oriented program at Blue Hills. Last , but definitely not least is the staff members that were very kind to me and carried themselves as mental health professionals should (I write this as someone who s been in several programs) Jodi (clinical director) and Montana (program director) Bless you both for your patience with me and the help you gave me.
