I have been with this agency for years. My Therapist is a wonderful and caring person. I also have a Task Force case manager within the same agency as well. I have been totally satisfied with both going on 13 yrs.

If you need help with opioid addiction. This place has great staff and the do extra work to ensure that your treated with dignity and understanding.

Great place with great services for those that need someone to talk to.

Spectrum Health Services' PAVE Program, an IPAEP/CBP for domestic violence abusers, is a phenomenal program that helps domestic violence abusers on how to cope and better manage with various techniques on how to deal with anger management issues, violent tendencies and how to have & build better relationships with their partners/victims and all those affected by domestic violence. I highly and fully recommend to all who have been a domestic violence abuser, past or present, to partake in this vital & crucial program. If interested (and if not already court ordered), contact Maureen Casey here @ Spectrum to learn more about PAVE and other programs Spectrum has (specifically for anger management is one example). Mike & Faith administer the PAVE Program on a weekly basis. My group sessions are every Wednesday, from 430 to 630 pm for 40 weeks, start to finish. I wish all abusers the best of luck out there in getting the help we all so desperately need!

This is a review I should have written a LONG time ago. This review is for Jaclyn and Kristen. Jaclyn works directly under southbay, I believe. I hear about some of my peers experiences with early intervention, and while it s always good, it still really illuminates how above and beyond Jaclyn went for us. She was always available, she always listened, she was the water that surrounded our stone. She listened when we needed her to and she advocated loudly when we needed her to. We ve been out of the program for a YEAR and not a day goes by where we do not think or talk about Jaclyn. My son still asks for her. He has since been diagnosed with level two autism and we couldn t haven t gotten that diagnosis or help without her guidance and support. I was at the end of my rope and without tools, I feel that my child, despite my devotion and love and patience and empathy, probably would have been traumatized with out her because I simply did not have the tools to help or cope. Or the hand on my shoulder to tell me it s okay, I m doing a good job. She was always on time which was great for my sons very big need for punctuality, even as a baby. She was so personable and loving and was truly apart of our family. She intuitively picked up on small nuances and evolved accordingly. I wish I could have done more for her as we parted. Jaclyn was one of the best people I ve ever met, and the world is better for having her in it. Kristen was also amazing. She was my sons behavioral therapist and she offered a lot of truly helpful insights. ABA can be quite controversial these days, but I never felt I had to change my son with Kristen, or make him fit into another mold. Though I m not exactly sure Kristen did ABA specifically, I felt we all knew that s what she was there for. She helped me to analyze what made my son tick and why. She didn t try to change him, she helped me to anticipate his wants and needs and translated his special language to me. Jaclyn and Kristen worked phenomenally side by side as a fantastic team to offer us the support that every parent in my situation dreams of. I have often fantasized about attending a town hall or public forum to advocate for early intervention to be extended to children over 5 years of age. If you ve made it this long, thanks for reading. This review was the least I could do for these people who have done so much for us.

I had a great experience here. The staff is really dedicated and kindhearted. You will feel a change for sure.

I think it is very difficult to find a place where you have the confidence to leave your child under the supervision of an extra, or without feeling that something bad could happen to you, here no, they are very good with them

For quick service of non-specialized emergencies, this place will attend you rapidly. The doctors are very compassionate, parking and traffic are good. The nurses are hit or miss, however.

The program offers what you need to recover. If you're serious about your sobriety you will learn, gain self confidence and walk away with a toolbox for success.
