The Washburne house is hands down the best DETOX/CSS In the State. I ve been to probably all of them and I ve never had a better experience. I went in October 2024 broken, lost my spouse of 20 yrs my business, my truck, and my apartment. I was negative about my future and ready to not even try. When I left I went to the facility I wanted to go, I was positive, and for the first time of many times trying in the past Im really serious and ready to stay sober. I can t say enough or express how much the BHTS CASEWORKER/CLINICIANS MDS/NURSING, and the kitchen and House Kitchen staff have made an impact on my stay. I would and will recommend anyone who wants to get there life together and seriously change the Washburn house is a place that will make you feel welcome and give you all the tools and support to continue and get you where you need to go on your journey to sobriety. On a final note I m going back in 6 months and apply to work part time as a BHT so I can give back the same experience and help to the next person in need also feel the same as the Washburn House made me feel. I don t even know where to begin- I love this place.Before I went to RCI, I felt hopeless. I was constantly in and out of programs and sobriety for a six month period. I felt like nothing could help me. I kept leaving places against medical advice. On my way there, I was nervous. I was worried this would be just another short stint then a relapse. However, this was not the case.I stayed at the lodge and I suggest everybody do it too! Charlie, the manager, is a great guy serious about sobriety. He really cares. Also the cabinets and multiple fridges stay filled. You will never go hungry. The accommodations were very comfortable.Back to the PHP- this is probably the highest quality program I have ever been to. The clinical team Jen, Sammy, Jeff, and Ron were of the next level and facilitated amazing groups. Jen was my clinician, probably the best therapist I ve had in my life. Also huge shout out to the RS s Sue and Ray! It was nice walking in to smiling faces everyday. Staff cares. Also you get taken horse back riding year round and kayaking in the summer (optional).Between staff and clients, I met some real high quality people. I cannot recommend RCI enough!

My first impression of Mayflower was an amazing. I felt so comfortable with the staff immediately, they made me feel so welcomed and supportive. The staff was unbelievably knowledgeable in addition. I felt safe and well taken care of. My room was first class with my own TV. The food was cooked by a chef and was unbelievable. I was most impressed with the Director of the program. He did a morning group everyday to address any concerns we may have and to impress how he was there to help the clients. Very professional and comfortable at the same time. 10 out of 10. The best in Massachusetts if not the North East.

I was angry leaving my initial one star review because I felt lied to and deceived. I was told I d be lucky to make it back to this place meaning that I d be dead and not be able to make it back. I was told I would be dead cause of how horrible and defiant I was. I did not like AA was not for me so I was going to die. Many people that worked here told me. My case worker gossiped about me to a whole group of my peers saying one of you is going down a dark road really? These are the people to trust? These are the people getting me better. Also they said the bill would not need to be paid and I kept getting harassed by AP office I believe in Florida? So I was furious.So my initial review was one star and I left out words because I wrote a nasty review and had to erase them.I wanted to come back and edit my one star review to a five star. Cause here I am, over 5 years later, still going strong as ever in my recovery, and I have a place that is mine, I have a good steady job, and I m free of the chains of addiction. Whether I like it or not, my experience here is what lead me to where I am today. There was some amazing staff that was overworked and under paid so if by some grace of god they are still there, god bless. I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt and say they were trying reverse psychology on me, the staff talking crap about me to other peers, the staff saying I d be dead. But they were not that smart, they genuinely were telling me I was hopeless. I won t name you but I know that you know who you are.Now I sit here over 5 years later thinking that maybe if you did not spend so much time talking down and being hateful and judgmental to me, maybe all my brothers in program with me that are dead now, would still be alive if you paid them that energy. But it is what it is right? I don t equate my success to NEATC, hell no. I put my success on my shoulders. I easily could have taken yall saying I d be dead soon and actually gone and died. But I didn t. I spit in all your faces and I proved all of you wrong. I did it for me. I did it for my brothers who died due to the lack of care they received wether insurance was poor or you just focused more on me being defiant than their complacent obedience to your AA. What works for some does not work for all. It s your hate that drove the fight in me to succeed. I see my brothers in the program with me that never will get to share their smiles with the world, I can share the smile they taught me. I can share their message and I will not let them down.That s why I have 5 stars. This place did exactly what it needed to. Just like life, drove me insane, judged me, hate on me, gave me a place to live full of rats and mice, financial issues to battle, had to face death, had to hear pain like no other, and was not the smoothest ride. But through the pain and darkness of life there is always light, you can be that light. You can change. Amidst all the bad, there was a handful of AMAZING staff and people that gave me a real life experience I will never ever ever forget. Just like life this place is not perfect, we need to take the challenges and push on. I loved this place. And always will. This place did heal me. Not how I wanted but how I needed. Just like real life. I noticed my growth as I wanted to change my one star review. Even after all the trouble, I pushed through and fought and still see the light. I am still a light that will not be dimmed. And this place is a HUGE part of the reason I am who I am today. An amazing light in a dark dark world. This place put a challenge in front of me, life is not easy, you need to put in the work, and when life punches, you need to punch back harder.Thank you NEATC and the amazing staff I can t imagine would still be working here but if you are I love you. Forever I love you, and miss you, and wish you the best. I would love to come speak one day at an event, I don t live close by anymore but I d love to make something so please contact. My cousin has struggled with addiction for most of his adult life. He s been to countless rehabs, tried meditation and even hypnosis to get over his issues with substances. It wasn t until he joined Paramount Recovery Centers PHP that he actually began to embrace sobriety as his new norm. You see, what my cousin never had was a sense of community, and that is exactly what Paramount provided. It was clear from the moment I dropped him off with the clinical staff that he was going to be in good hands. Without Paramount my cousin may be in jail or even worse, deceased. We will always remember Paramount as the place that saved his life.

Highly recommend this place if you need help with alcohol and drug abuse. Getting treatment here was one of the most significant experiences I have had. The entire community including therapists, staff and patients was amazing. I've come out of Swift River feeling like a whole new person. Outside of the wonderful individual and group therapy, there is plenty of time to take up hobbies. The food and accommodations are great! Who would have thought that rehab would be so enjoyable. I actually was very sad to leave because I made so many amazing friends.

I went here in December of 2024 I had a great experience and was very comfortable with the staff and clients especially my case manger named Kelly. It is also a safe place to share all of your experiences and not be judged. Thank u Spring Hill

I had a wonderful experience with Resilience when I was struggling with mental health last year. I felt as though they listened to me and helped address my needs. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anyone who is in need of behavioral health treatment.

Chapters is a great place to go to for php and iop the addiction to alcohol and drugs with this places get people life back on track. They have a great staff from Shannon James Dan Taylor Danielle Andi Drew Jordan Jaden Judy. They all give there heart out to support there patient and they do whatever it takes to make people feel welcomed. They also do great activity and the lunch is provided everyday Mon to Friday which is always delivered and delicious from where it comes from. If anyone want to get sober and has an addiction to alcohol and drugs this place is the place to go to be sober!!

I spent eight weeks at Blue Hills Recovery (Residential PHP) My experience was very very good. I can say that after reflecting on the person who was admitted and the person who finished and the difference it made. I mean as far as the way I felt and my ability to have a daily program, to talk about things going on my life much easier , having a little more discipline, and definitely more confidence in myself. I owe much of this to the therapeutic and community oriented program at Blue Hills. Last , but definitely not least is the staff members that were very kind to me and carried themselves as mental health professionals should (I write this as someone who s been in several programs) Jodi (clinical director) and Montana (program director) Bless you both for your patience with me and the help you gave me.
