I can't tell you how much this place means to me. They saved my life back in 2023, and they didn't forget me. I nearly gave up again in 2024, and Mary, Kirby, and everyone who's a part of this wonderful program came to my rescue again - making sure I had everything I needed to get there safely, have a place to rest and restore, and really work on myself this time. I don't think I could've made it without The Freedom Center. During program one day, I started having a panic attack, and Judy sat me down for all of 2 minutes, halting it in its tracks. No one has ever come close to anything like that for me. These people care, and these people know what they're doing. Let them help you, and they will. No matter what happens in my future, know that this will forever be a part of my family <3Shoutout to Ashlyn and David for being excellent therapists - Patrick as well, even though I couldn't grasp what he meant at the time (I needed to hear it). And, Federico for being the genuine and wise person he is.Sydney and everyone else, too. I won't forget you. You all made this possible.Things that might matter if you're considering this place:The housing they provide is spacious and comfortable. The staff is excellent. They respect your privacy. In PHP, food is provided and plentiful. In IOP, space for your own food is provided if you opt-in to their housing. Their new inpatient rehab is excellent - excellent nurses, staff, etc. You can pretty much do your own thing and get away with it, but you should participate because your life almost certainly depends on it. The regular outpatient will be great, but they're still working out the logistics. They have the experience. They know how to help. The rest is up to you.

This is the best clinic I ve ever used they posted they were gonna be closed for snow and I messaged there Facebook the that evening and they found away to open to take care of us that didn t get our meds prior bc they understand the importance of there patients getting medicated also they are very fair with moving you up levels to receive take homes so you don t have to go every day as long as you do what you have to do they make sure to take care of you!! I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of treatment my husband recieved. He is a retired firefighter and airforce veteran who came to this facility seeking help for alcohol recovery and PTSD, but what we encountered was far from what was promised. Before his arrival the staff seemed eager to help. The owner Ken even called John personally before his arrival. Once there the focus shifted to money over care and compassion.While there my husband contracted Covid,and instead of providing support they essentially sent him home. What's worse there has been no follow up or communication since. I have called and sent letters to the owner Ken multiple times hoping for some sort of explanation or support, but my calls and letters to him have gone unanswered.As a family we are heartbroken by how this was handled.We trusted this place to help a first responder in need and they have let us down. Please do not send your loved one here. I don't wish this pain on anyone.

Regain Hope is a very good program for recovery. The weekly meetings are a great outlet for you to open up about your addiction and they help you identify tools you can use to continue on the road to recovery. They make you feel comfortable and even have personal one on one sessions for things you don t feel comfortable sharing with the group. This program is not only here to just listen to you talk they are helpful with you succeeding in life by providing you with resources for employment and any other assistance you may need. Any time you mat feel like you are about to relapse out backslide you can reach out to them for help. I had a overall great experience in this program.

I am very fortunate and grateful I was able to be a patient at MARC for 9 months. It was a challenging program but it has helped me tremendously find footing in my early recovery. I have had multiple bouts of sobriety in the past but relapsed, I now feel very confident moving forward after experiencing the therapy I received at MARC. I would recommend this treatment facility to anybody who is willing to step outside of their comfort zone or has a window of willingness to change. It s not an easy program to complete and I was challenged periodically but the professionals that I encountered pushed me to do the work on myself that was necessary. My family is just as grateful and that is a blessing.
