The medical professionals here are truly remarkable!I had surgery on December 12th, and from the moment I entered the hospital, everything was in order. The staff was incredibly professional and positive, and I felt right at ease. The next person I met was Miss Fanny, who was incredibly friendly and sweet. She managed to get my IV inserted on the first try and was very attentive to my needs.My nurse in the PACU was Christina, who was very warm and welcoming. She helped me prepare for my surgery and eased my nervousness by talking to me, making jokes, and distracting me during the procedure, such as the IV insertion.After Khristina, I met Dr. Nikki, my anesthesiologist. She was very friendly and listened to my concerns from my previous anesthesia experience. She explained what could have happened and reassured me. She quickly completed her assessment.Next, I met Miss Rhonda, my OR nurse. She was also very comforting and reassuring. She explained what she would be doing and assured me that she would be back in 20-30 minutes, which she was. I got into the wheelchair and she spoke to my husband, giving him a heads up about what to expect.I was wheeled to the OR and was guided to the table. Despite wearing masks, I could still sense the friendly and caring nature of the staff. As I prepared to go under anesthesia, they were all around me, wishing me luck, telling me they had my best interests at heart, and promising to take great care of me. They even said sweet dreams.After the anesthesia, I can t remember exactly where I was. I think I was in my room, where I met my first nurse, but I can t recall her name. Regardless, they were incredibly attentive and caring. The technology was right there, and I was amazed by how easy it was. They had to do a blood draw, but the tech was so skilled that she made it seem effortless. I was impressed and felt a sense of relief. She only needed to do one stick, and it didn t hurt at all. Another nurse highlight is Elieen; she is very patient and kind. She was so attentive.I had Nico as my nurse, and he was incredible. He was easygoing and made me feel comfortable. He didn t mind me asking for things, which made me feel more at ease. He was truly amazing.This evening, I had Jem as my nurse, and he was just as wonderful. He went above and beyond by bringing me everything I needed, including water and pain medication. He even reminded me that it was time for my pain medication and encouraged me to take it. His kindness and attentiveness were truly remarkable.Today, I had Yasmeen as my nurse, and she was fantastic. My tech was Natasha, and she was also amazing. They ve all been incredible so far.Overall, this hospital has a fantastic team of professionals who are outwardly facing and dedicated to the community. Everyone here seems to have an amazing camaraderie and genuinely wants to provide the best care possible. They treat you with respect and kindness, which is rare in today s climate. I m so grateful to have encountered such a caring group of people.The hospital is conveniently located in my neighborhood, and I appreciate the high-quality service I ve received. They treat me as if I m one of their own, and I still feel that sense of care and support. I encourage them to keep up the excellent work.

I attended TW IOP, this was not my first experience with an IOP, but was, by far, my best experience. The staff at the outpatient facility was very professional, responsive and kind, the therapists very intuitive and mindful of all the clients, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I feel well equipped to continue being sober.
