Project Chesapeake is a great IOP/OP treatment option. Not only does the staff genuinely care about you, they offer multiple services under one roof. I opted into this program for longer than required (crazy right?) and will continue to utilize their services regardless of my OP completion. I can't tha k them enough for all the services they provide and help they've given me any boyfriend through trying to patch our lives back together. Theyve helped so much with learning my mental illnesses and how to cope with them not just throw a bunch of meds down your throat.... Actually help you learn to deal with the symptoms and actual helpful coping skills not those same 4 everyone tells you but ones that will actually work for YOU!! I have so much more to say I'll have to come back when my brains working better... Deff recommend if you're able too get seen I know it's incredibly hard to get in since COVID .
