I started going here when they originally opened. In fact I started the second day they opened. I really like this place. The owners (Jason & MOSHA) really care and do whatever they can to help you better yourself and become successful. They have went above and beyond my expectations. After about 9 years I transferred to another location of theirs. At that location I received the same level of treatment. I can t recommend this place enough !!!

I think Key Point Health Services is a great place to receive care for mental health - I know I'm not the only one! The staff have always been kind and courteous and have shown great compassion! My therapist, Mary Ellen, is amazing! For the first time in my life, I have been able to open up and have been honest with myself and my feelings thanks to her. I'm a work in progress, and for me progress is cherished. Sometimes I don't want to talk about the tough stuff that I need to face, which she understands, but she has a way of helping me think about it in a way that makes it hurt not so much. She has shown so much empathy and compassion! I think that's a huge reason I am able to open up to her. She understands! My psychiatrist is also great and is always on board with what is happening in my life and helps maintain the meds I need to make a positive difference in my life. Key Point has helped save my life more than once through their therapies. Bless everyone there and thank you with all my heart

I appreciate this place taking over for my relatives normal place. I wish I knew they were busy, but they helped all the same.

I had heard from other people that the staff at Apex Counseling Center were very rude, but that was not my experience at all. They were very kind and understanding with my daughter. Would recommend to someone else!

I think that the service that the institution provides to the Latin community in general is almost excellent on the part of the professors and staff who work there, although I do not give my rating of 5 stars since not 100% of the workers provide a quality service, this is not the case on the part of the receptionist, who does NOT have good character or good education, behaving hostile and in a rude manner, my criteria does not have to be that of others but that is how I feel from the first day . In my particular experience I was able to observe from the beginning that this person, despite having an unpleasant character, barely says good morning, and without fear of making a mistake, in my first season I heard her respond to a greeting about 3 times, and when she did, it was always pleasant. reluctantly expressing it with an unpleasant facial expression and speaking under his breath, he is not very friendly and his information is brief and lacks arguments. It is really a shame that this institution lacks a standard of total excellence because of people who insist on being hostile and unpleasant, when they should be generous, kind and polite. I don't think people with character problems should be in the reception of any institution.

I would recommend Powell to anyone seeking treatment. The staff are empathic compassionate and caring. I can get a lot of help from house monitors and they're supportive. The staff are problem solvers and very approachable.

I can t put into words how phenomenal this hospital is. From someone who has been taken there by ambulance to the Pediatric Trauma Unit, in inpatient care, in the ER, one surgery there, and receive outpatient care at Rubenstein, all doctors and nurses I have encountered in all parts of JHCC are beyond amazing. The mere fact they go above and beyond for their patients is something I admire. An example was in the operating room before surgery they played Taylor Swift music for me to keep me calm and distracted. They always help to take your mind off of it and do their best to thoroughly explain what the plan is.

From the valet parking (which even dropped off our car to us at a different location that we started at), to the lobby, to the check-in ladies, to the staff honestly such a wonderful experience! The lobby is so cute and fun. We received the best care here. So much that I m changing from our TX specialists to one here!

My experience from day one, has been extremely positive. I have had support presently and in the past. All the Staff are very positive, supporting and fight for you, when you might need a little more extra help, due to some mental issues or physical, or emotional. They are there for you 100% . I want to mention My Counselor, Ms. D. Herrera... She is the Best, Most, Supportive, Positive, Strong and Caring Counselor-(Drug).... I have ever had. She has been a Drug Counselor and a Therapist for Me all in One. I Love Her with All My Heart!!!!! SHE IS FANTASTIC... THE BEST.. I'M SO BLESSED & GRATEFUL THAT SHE IS A PART... A BIG PART OF MY LIFE!!! I PRAY THAT SHE WILL ALWAYS BE!!!
