The other nurses are awesome too(Lynette) I've never had an issue with my counselors, they've all worked with me.A few months back I had an issue and filed a grievance. The director called me back within 1 business day. She LISTENED to me and assured me thing would be taken care of. So far she's been true to her word.The only reason I deducted 1 star is the amount of times I've been switched back to liquid. I'd have preferred to stay on the 40mg wafers/diskettes even wetted. The liquid gives me such terrible GI issues and has my blood sugar #s skyrocketing. All I can hope is that one day they will bring them back or I find a clinic close that has them. I mean you already had to have 2 weeks or more of take homes, I don't see what the issue was.I recommend this clinic to anyone that asks me about where to go. I even recommend to people that used to go to the old building (Glass/Daybreak)

In my particular experience I was able to observe from the beginning that this person, despite having an unpleasant character, barely says good morning, and without fear of making a mistake, in my first season I heard her respond to a greeting about 3 times, and when she did, it was always pleasant. reluctantly expressing it with an unpleasant facial expression and speaking under his breath, he is not very friendly and his information is brief and lacks arguments. It is really a shame that this institution lacks a standard of total excellence because of people who insist on being hostile and unpleasant, when they should be generous, kind and polite. I don't think people with character problems should be in the reception of any institution.

Took our 4 yo to the ER on Labor Day weekend for severe hemifacial swelling. From the start the nurses and techs were very helpful and then when the doctors came, they were quick to diagnose and consult with the dental team on call. We were admitted overnight and I could not appreciate the patient care on peds floor enough! They did everything to make our son comfortable and went above and beyond that we parents were comfortable too! Despite the unfortunate circumstances, we had a very pleasant experience; our son has literally been begging us to take him back to Doctors Hotel! So grateful to UMMC and all the doctors, nurses and techs that helped our son!

From someone who has been taken there by ambulance to the Pediatric Trauma Unit, in inpatient care, in the ER, one surgery there, and receive outpatient care at Rubenstein, all doctors and nurses I have encountered in all parts of JHCC are beyond amazing. The mere fact they go above and beyond for their patients is something I admire. An example was in the operating room before surgery they played Taylor Swift music for me to keep me calm and distracted. They always help to take your mind off of it and do their best to thoroughly explain what the plan is.

They do virtual appointments which is a lifesaver because I am a working professional with zero time to go to a doctors office once a month2. Nicole is awesome3. They call me all the time to remind my ADHD to schedule my follow-ups4. They work with you on billing / COBRA issues5. They often get me same week appointments when I forget to schedule and wind up out of my meds.
