Please find a different facility for your loved ones. Read the last few months reviews and you will see it for yourselves. This is not a positive facility for healing if you do not have someone on the outside looking in to advocate for you.HIPPA issues left and right. Multiple times I came to my mother's room to find other patient medical paperwork in the room left behind. The mattresses are often times not in working condition and are patched up and you are promised that a new mattress will be brought soon. But unless you have someone to constantly hassle them for it you will not get it. It took well over 12 days of me going back and forth with staff of whether it was changed or not to finally get a matress that wasn't patched up and deflating to the point that the patient fell through and her legs were left in the air. AFTER A SPINAL SURGERY.I have tried speaking to the Vice President of Clinical Operations who originally reached out when I called the haven health compliance line, and it all starts at the top. After speaking with VP and her smug attitude, I can see why it has trickled all the way down to majority of the staff at this facility. The morale is so low and it is not a positive environment for patient healing. The stress is taken out on patients and their families who are concerned for patients well being.I have pictures, dates and times documented for anyone at that facility who would care to make a change. I hope someone speaks up for all of the patients currently staying there with their call lights for hours at a time, for those patients who sit in their own feces counting down the days to their discharge, or the poor patients who don't speak English whom are treated second class.I hope those patients are blessed with the care of Maria (CNA, not the Maria who is "lead nurse and proudly boasts it instead of lifting up her sleeves and helping her team and most importantly alllllll the patients with their call lights on), Lola (who finally put in her resignation, and wherever she goes she will be a great asset), Emily, Michelle and the only overnight staff that shows compassion on behalf of everyone else on his shift that lacks it, Christian. Those individuals keep the place running with their genuine care and respect for the patients and families. They make up for the lack of professionalism and compassion from the rest of the staff.

My dad went here. They took good care of him. They kept in contact with me about his health and well being. He enjoyed the food better than the last rehabilitation center had. Granted it was a small portion, but he was on a strict diet.He really liked that he didn t have a roommate and could rest as well as heal. He enjoyed PT and the care. The discharge process was crazy, but eventually smoothed out. It was of course on thanksgiving lol. Melissa was helpful and patient with me on everything. If he has to go to rehab again, this is where we will be going in the future.

My name is Shirley Lovell. I had a right hip replacement. I left TMC hospital to go to physical therapy at Haven. It was a patient next door to me. He had the volume up as loud as the TV would go. When it came to 1:30 at night I asked the nurse could he turn the TV down so I can get some sleep it's 1:30 at night. I noticed that our had went by and she still hadn't asked them to turn the TV down. So I got up and started packing I left there without being discharged because you do not disrespect people when they trying to heal and recover. I wouldn't recommend this place to my family and friends. I experience a horrible stay there. I couldn't get any rest or sleep because of the loud football. It was around 3:30 before I got anride to leave from there Very unprofessional Smh

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Addiction Treatments

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

Drug rehab in Arizona is the process of treating individuals who are dependent on a particular addictive drug. Because addiction is complex, this treatment typically includes a variety of interventions that address the many physical and emotional issues involved.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would!! My grandmother has been staying here to get physical therapy treatment for her legs as she can t walk. the nurse has treated her horribly because she didn t want to do her job. My grandma had requested to be changed and to use the restroom as she needs help with that. The nurse told my mother that she would change her after my mother left from visiting basically making my grandma sit in her feces!! My mother said no go ahead and Change my grandma because no way she s going to sit in her feces. but the nurse insisted to wait because according to the nurse if she changed my grandma all she was going to want to do was sit in bed. my grandma has no choice to sit in bed because she can t walk which is why she s in this physical therapy place in the first place!!!!

My fianc was in Haven Health for 3 weeks in October 2024. They have amazing staff. Amy, his nurse, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Linda, CNA, was amazing at her job. Most of all, Sara, wound care nurse, was absolutely phenomenal. Even case manager Melissa was of great help getting us discharged. The people who work here make this facility 5 stars. I m giving this 4 stars overall only because the food was 2 stars at best. Thank you everyone here for the quality experience.

We have had a wonderful experience with Haven Health! We are welcomed every day with a smile from Zach and Diana at the admitting desk. I had my questions answered with a smile by MJ in the office. Melissa, the case worker, helped ease our concerns and move us to the next steps. The nursing staff and care team: Maria, Carmen, Edgar, Christian, Lizeth, Michelle V, Carolina, Gail, David S, Emily and more, all put up with me and grandpas every need with kindness and care. His PT team Angie and Brenna are the best! They gave him confidence and made him feel safe moving home.We couldn t have done it without ALL of you!Thank you for caring and showing it.
