I would give 5 stars, however, while in the waiting rooms, especially in Dental Services, it's so cold waiting, that I have to bring in a blanket to stay warm. It's an ice box. I know it's summer, but it's ridiculous how cold it is in the waiting rooms. I bring my dad to Togus 2-3 times a week for his appointments.

I took my daughter to a walk in clinic for a high fever and severe neck pain,she is only 12yo.They told me to go straight to the E.R.We went and right off the bat we felt discrimination,as soon as the receptionist asked what our insurance was (mainecare) she Instantly changed,like oh well go have a seat.We were the only ones waiting until 4-5 others came.One was nodding out on drugs and they took her first,as well as everyone else.I am very upset about the attitude of the staff,and the way we were treated it was uncalled for and made us feel uncomfortable.We waited 2 and a half hours then left to try for help elsewhere.It shouldn't be that way.I felt as if my insurance was the reason for my wait,because I can't make enough money supporting 2 kids.They really were unprofessional,they didn't help my daughter's pain level,made us feel like we weren't important,and this isn't the first time,may be the last.It was so hard to miss work,take her in,and get treated that way without any help.
