First of all, it was completely hard for me to get into the program, I had very high expectations and when I finally got into program it was completely disappointing, they clearly have no idea of how to treat people like me.

Not only have they treated my husband and I like we were the ones who neglected my grand daughter. They have completely violated our rights as grandparents and have no concern for her well being.
