I just moved to Lake Charles, and needed to transfer my records. Mr.Robert Todd helped me and was the kindest most light hearted VA employee I ve ever come in contact with. He made sure I was aware of my resources regarding mental health and didn t turn me away. I m very thankful for him making this whole process as simple as possible.
Applegate is like no other. The staff actually care about us (the patients). They know you by first name. They remember things you told them weeks later. You know everyone has a past. But here they don't judge you by it. It was what it was, and how can we help to fix it. The whole staff and Dr. And counselor are off the chart amazing
