Amazing clinic and all the people who work here truly care about you and your well being. I was receiving treatment at another clinic in California and I recieve plenty of blood work never received my results or was briefed on the condition of my health. Here I received blood work when I was admitted and that same week I was handed my blood work and they addressed that I was anemic which I didn't even know! This was the best decision I could have made for my mental wellness. Everyone has life issues and experiences. Sometimes you don t know you need professional help until you re in the middle of it. Well I was. I am blessed to have a support system who was on board for my self care.I researched various IOPs/PHPs that my psychiatrist suggested. The Heights Treatment sounded like the best fit for me. Based on reviews and researching the area, solidified my choice to start treatment there. So I did.From the intake for IOP5, to individual therapy sessions, to group sessions including equine therapy, to individual sessions with Dr. R, was well thought out to get this group of professionals to help people. My name is Misty, but my email says Mandy lol. I really would refer anyone to go here if they asked for a referral. From the nursing staff to the clinical staff to the recovery coaches and also your peers there and the community there is just a very inspiring and they really care about you there. They want you to get the help you need. They care what happens to you at that place. Unfortunately, I had to leave the facility before I was able to finish my treatment, but they were still very good at setting me up with a relapse prevention and a treatment plan beyond their gates. They sent me home with referrals and lots of of Love and Hope and inspiration and prayers and I believe that with the tools I learned in the short time I was there I am going to be able to conquer this and live in sobriety.
