About Las Vegas Comprehensive Treatment Center

Las Vegas Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) is an opioid addiction facility located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This clinic provides medication assisted treatment for adults.

MAT can be an excellent alternative to residential drug rehab programs. Las Vegas CTC uses methadone and Vivitrol to treat opioid addiction. Both of these FDA-approved drugs are safe and effective in reducing cravings and easing withdrawal symptoms. Methadone can be taken long-term to help individuals achieve lifelong sobriety.

In conjunction with medication, the other aspect of MAT is counseling. In either individual or group sessions, clients will explore the various aspects of addiction with a trained and compassionate counselor. Clients will uncover some of the experiences that led to addictive behaviors. They will also discuss coping and relapse prevention skills.

To begin treatment, CTC staff will conduct a routine assessment so that they can create a personalized treatment plan for each client. Some clients may be eligible for take-home dosing once they have progressed in their treatment.

Las Vegas CTC accepts self-pay, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare and commercial insurance such as Kaiser Permanente, Cigna, ComPsych, Humana, Magellan Health and Beacon. Please contact your insurance provider to verify coverage because out of network benefits can vary.

car-building iconOutpatient

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

house-medical iconIntensive Outpatient

Clients receiving addiction treatment in an intensive outpatient program (IOP) typically have completed inpatient rehab or have chosen to forgo hospitalization following detox. The high-level care provided by intensive outpatient rehabs is particularly suited to clients in early recovery, those in crisis, and those at an elevated relapse risk. Clients engage in nine to 20 hours of treatment per week on average. Common services include psychotherapy, recovery education, holistic therapies, and medication assisted treatment (MAT).

house-medical iconAftercare

Clients receiving services in a rehab aftercare program are typically in the maintenance phase of their recovery, having already completed intensive inpatient treatment. These clients are generally strongly engaged in addiction counseling and recovery-focused life skills training. Case managers and care teams work with clients to identify and access the medical, mental health, and social service programs they need to promote long-term sobriety. Rehab aftercare services often include peer coaching, relapse prevention, and 12 step program induction.

During this period of inpatient care, you are monitored by a team of medical professionals whose job it is to help keep you as safe and comfortable as possible while addressing any withdrawal symptoms. Medically supervised detox is typically the first step in the recovery process, and usually takes an average of 5-7 days.

This place saved my life. I know in my heart and soul I would be in a box or a cage if I didn't get help when I did. This clinic is always changing, improving policies and rules based off of complaints and suggestions from the patients. The staff are attentive and responsive to the individual needs of the patients and are compassionate, and knowledgeable. Staff are well trained, demonstrate professionalism and are fair in their methods of keeping patients accountable. They make counseling and classes a mandatory part of a patient's individual treatment plans. I have grown so much because of the classes and counseling. Thank you guys for helping our community and saving my life!

FOR OUT SIDE COURTESY DOSE PT.: As far as i know , Your insurance does not cover Nevada state. Your state ins. for ex: Medical will only cover California. CD fee is 25 $ daily ins or no ins. they charge. Outside patients need to communicate with their counselor to create the order to be faxed to their guest dose destination clinic. For the pt. benefit. they can call the destination clinic before they arrive to make sure that clinic got their order to avoid any inconvenience. They also inform the pt to let their counselor know to call the clinic so that way they know the proper documents to be faxed. They will always go base on the order that is signed by their MD. Mind you , if there s an issue when they arrive its either their order was never faxed , no one called the clinic to confirm or counselor never communicated with the clinic . Patients get upset and frosted that they will blame anyone and cuss them out . They are professional and always willing to help, they go by the clinic regulations and proper procedures. I know this cause I always need a Courtesy dose . I hope this helps others I highly recommend them .

Id love to express how I feel but I know it would make an existing bias even worse so, maybe one day, and it shouldn't be this way but it's like a hierarchy of very mean girls.I guess that's it for now.

If you ever need to guest dose, don't do it here. They will drop the ball then refuse to take responsibility for it and are RUDE to boot. I called to confirm that they had gotten the information for me to guest dose, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I called my home clinic and they confirmed that the fax had been sent on the 28th of December. Someone at this place dropped the ball. The person whom both me and my counselor dealt with relayed a threat via my counselor that she would dose me this time but I was rude and next time she wouldn't. Yes she threatened to withhold my medically necessary medication because she didn't like my attitude even though they are the ones who made the mistake to begin with. They screwed up the entire process. They didn't have the correct number of take homes, I wasn't informed that it would cost me $25 a day as it's covered by insurance at home. While I was outside talking to my home clinic some woman from the clinic came out and eavesdropped on my conversation then proceeded to follow me around I don't know what she thought I was going to do. I paid to dose today 1/5 but I'm flying home on Monday and this dose will hold me until then. I wasn't spending any more of my hard earned money with people who don't respect me. My overall impression is that the people who work here feel like they hold all the power and if you don't dance to the beat of their drum you'll be punished. No one smiled except for the uniformed security guard and the dosing nurse. Oftentimes people work at places like this because it gives them power over others that they exercise at every opportunity. This is the vibe I got from the front desk girl. The whole place was depressing. If you can go somewhere else please do so. If I ever need to guest dose I'll definitely go somewhere else.

I came to this clinic for guest dosing and they were amazing. My home clinic did not send them the right documents and when I arrived they did not have me in the guest dosing system. The staff members called my home clinic and worked everything out so that I was able to dose. The clinical director fought for me and I appreciated it so much!
