The Bridge helped me process trauma that I wasn t even aware of because I had pushed it down for so long. It is in a peaceful and serene setting which really helped get the troubles of every day life out of my mind. It s also obvious that the staff really care about helping, from the admin to therapists and even the people making and serving the meals.
