I cannot comment on the actual services provided by this agency. However, I have called and spoken with the front desk in regards to clients already receiving services. Every time I call to request information, I am greeted by warm staff who are pleasant to speak with and provide excellent assistance to whatever my inquiry was. I have never had a negative experience with the front desk staff at this agency.

My counselor has helped me in more aspects of my life than just addiction treatment. She has encouraged me to get help with my mental and emotional past. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients and she will tell you how it is and not beat around the bush. And that's what I appreciate about her. She makes sure that I am doing ok as I'm weaning myself of the methadone currently and helps me with problems that I don't speak to anyone else about. So M. 1 review. Really? These people spend an entire career helping people to better or even save their own lives. I can't begin to fathom the toll that takes on a person. They should be rating us. They started breaking ground at 5 stars and it's almost impossible to go below that based on their mission and staff alone...

This was a easy place to find with Google Maps walking guidance/direction. Being from out of town I was surprised that smoking cigarettes was a thing at this meeting! If you don't mind smoking, this is a great place for a meeting.

Always made me feel welcome and part of a family. UPDATE 5 yrs later and Jarra will still answer her phone and help me, talk and remind me about the good qualities that I have.( 4 months later update) So this is my update October 2024 my daughter is at Resonance after she got out of prison and she loves it and is so proud of herself that I talked her into it so. I did my first ever sleep study at their facility and it was actually pretty good. Isabella did an amazing job, was very kind, and explained everything that would happen. Ask for her if you can!

I've never been to treatment of any sort and I had serious doubts about BHG... My experience here has been nothing short of amazing and there are not words to describe my gratitude and appreciation for the extremely professional staff... From day one I was made to feel welcomed and cared for... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BHG to anyone in need of treatment and I only wish I had found them sooner...

Out of every place that I researched and took my traumatized bonus children too after everything that they went through as children, this place hands down is absolutely amazing in every way. My 14-year-old that was having the roughest time, he was suicidal, he was super aggressive, he was self-sabotaging, he was just spiraling in every way because he didn't know how to do with his emotions. Being angry sad mad handling everything at once he was never allowed to express.He was very shy and he didn't know how to open up to strangers, but this place he is now on his second stay there. He absolutely loves it! He loves how many therapy groups there are, he loves the one on one sessions, everything about it he is completely positive about it I see a whole new child! He says he feels like he's finding himself and he said schools for himself, uses specific coping skills for all situations and triggers etc.This facility has massively changed his mindset and I could not be more grateful. The staff is incredible. They gave me my son back. I would highly recommend this place for any teen that is struggling in any way shape or form. From trauma, drugs, addiction, abuse all of the above. If your child will take in what they have to offer it will change their lives.I 100% would recommend this place in a heartbeat and have been to everyone that I know that has having similar issues with their teens. There are not enough facilities that take our children's mental health to consideration and give them what they actually need. Great service from admission to check out. Technician doing MRI was very considerate for my comfort during procedure and explained everything.

12/24/24 Tested positive for Covid and at 2pm tried to contact my PCP Dr. Carradini to get a RX for paxlovid .No surprise, being Christmas Eve, Dr Carradini had left for the day and we were told the' on call' doctor would be in at 3pm. My wife a retired RN was on hold till 5pm and no one ever answered. She and my daughter, also a RN called anyone they could think of and finally a Dr at OK Heart called in the RX only to be told the pharmacy was out. Pharmacies all across Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso all were closing at 5pm for the holiday. I know because we called them all.The breakdown is the 'on call' physician. where was he/she?If you respond please don't placate me with 'how sorry you are' or'we'll .look into it' just explain why no one was covering for my PCP.
