I think the service and staff is top notch. I have built a great relationship with my counselor and the staff, who has the experience and knowledge to assist me with the issues I need assistance with. My insurance has changed, they will work with you as long as you show you are making progress on your account. I was given the opportunity to switch to another provider due to insurance, but the trust and relationship is worth the price than starting with another provider. If you are honest with your self and open to the ideas and tools being offered, I am sure you will get the help and assistance you need with Compass.

The groups and therapists were absolutely incredible, I learned more here than I ever have in any other program. The structure at Peaks helped me build consistency, confidence, and real progress. The staff went above and beyond every single day, they truly cared about us as people, not just clients.
Even the food was amazing (shoutout to the chefs, you made every meal feel special!). The activities were another huge part of my healing, basketball, pickleball, volleyball courts right on property, yoga, art supplies, gym equipment, hikes twice a week, church, Recovery Dharma, and so much more. There was always something positive and grounding to be a part of.
I am endlessly grateful for my time at Peaks Recovery. This program gave me my life back and gave me the tools, support, and hope I needed to keep moving forward. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so meaningful and life-changing. ❤️

Overall I had a really good experience at Sandstone Colorado Detox center. The counselors were all very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of the issues I had and was going to face upon leaving their center. If you do choose this location and don’t live in Colorado like I did it’s 1 hour from the airport so make sure they have someone there pick you up.

The staff was absolutely amazing and uplifting. I highly recommend working with Sandstone for after care as well. They offer evening IOP, EOP, and GOP. Detox got me sober but sticking with the program kept me sober. It’s been rocky but they have never given up on me in my journey.

They are exactly why 10s of thousands of people die every year from lack of "Healthcare!" I told him I had two distinct and well known threats on my life from both Factor 5 and 3 vertibrea crushing my cervical spinal cord. He repeatedly argued with me, hung up on me...and, blocked not only my cell number but my Google number as well. (I'll have to go get a 3rd, 4th, 5th numbers for them to block.) Guess I'll have to call someone else about my Xeralto dependency. This is exactly why I record not only my phone calls but every time I come even remotely close to any part of Healthcare especially the ER! First time at a VA clinic since I separated in September. It is a nice facility that is clean and well taken care of. All of the staff that I encountered from the pharmacy, lab and front desk were all really nice and informative considering I just separated. I will say, I was confused by the kiosk next to the pharmacy. I grabbed a ticket and waited then realized that it was for registration and not the pharmacy. Just kind of misleading being right next to check in. That and wasn’t aware they only dispense a few weeks of meds then mail your full requested prescription. Definitely a different process than MTF’s. Overall, good experience though.

My therapy session is with Vernon to help with my PTSD. I would recommend Vernon to anyone. He treats you as a person, not a number or a disabled patient. Vernon listens and tries different ways to help. I look forward to my sessions with Vernon. Lately a lot of negative things have happened but my session today made me feel better about myself and the new nightmares. Vernon is an asset to help with my condition. It seems like I am going to have this condition the rest of my life but he reinforces my battle to fight this. What I do not like, I am a veteran, on Medicare and Tricare for life but I will, out of left field, get a text message that I owe money which I have to pay to proceed. Don’t surprise me. I asked when I started if it was covered by insurance. I was told yes. Surprise! And if you call, they can get really rude.

I attended their inpatient addiction treatment program, Crestone Residential Treatment Services (CRTS) in 2019-2020. This was the best experience I've had at a treatment center. Their entire staff was nothing but supportive and helpful time and time again (Carol was my fave 😁), and their way of showing each of their patients that they were genuinely invested in each of us and our success seemed effortless, second nature. I stayed for 60 days and didn't have a single negative experience that entire time (except for when Shah's Kababs came around again on the meal schedule and the staff decided to order from a different place knowing I was counting down the days before I could order another Falafel Sandwich.... But I guess we can leave it in the past)
I'm only leaving a comment now because I've been recommending CRTS Everytime I discuss treatment with a friend ever since and when i needed inpatient again last year I tried to reach out but never got a response and one friend was told they had closed. . So if this is correct can you guys please remove it from your list of provided services or add a note about how CRTS is no longer offered, or any type of clear confirmation? I've searched the internet for hours on at least 3 different occasions looking for something. I never get called back when leaving messages.

This place has honestly changed my life for the better from the one on one's to the many various groups it helps to talk to others who share a similar experience with you, this place of therapy feels safe ! Unlike other places I have been to in the past , the staff is friendly and always welcoming and they help with numerous things other than therapy, if your in a predicament with your housing situation or any type of real life situation they are more than willing to help, I highly recommend seeing Brandi Hendrix and any group that has Marlo Baca. ❤️
