I m struggling to understand why this facility would get anything less than 5 stars. Valley Hope has truly changed my life. I called on a Wednesday morning and was in a bed by Friday. This is more than a facility or institution. It s a home full of love and care. The staff are much more than staff even down to the cooks. They truly do care. They go above and beyond to listen, recognize and love. I HIGHLY recommend V.H. To anyone who s truly wanting to live a life of sobriety. The structure, dynamics, medical care, post care recommendations and even down to the food is amazing. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you so much Valley Hope for changing my life around. Healing House made such a positive impact on my life. When I went in I was broken and beat down from many years of drug use, and I honestly didn't know how to function like a normal person anymore. They brought rules and structure to my everyday life. The leaders actually care about the people coming in the door. I've been a client here since 2011, and I'm so grateful. It's a life saver, but like all recovery clinics you can only get out of it what you put into it. It's easy to blame others when things go wrong, but it's almost always our fault! I had a very hard time, until I stopped arguing and followed direction! They know about recovery, all I knew was self destruction, but thought I was so smart!Now I'm doing really good.
