Had a appointment scheduled for 10:15am at 10:45 I asked when would she be getting to me the receptionist said she didn t know and therapy dosent work like that some times there not on time which didn t even make since if you know what people are going through and your a therapist and it took a lot for me to get up and want to go back to therapy after all these years. Its just sad and very disappointing I will be finding another therapist because if I make a appointment that should be my appointment time and the fact that she tried to make excuses like it wasn t unprofessional was a red flag for me.

Welcoming and Professional greeting when checking in and out. Pleasant and friendly when making appointments. Intellectual and caring counseling. Treated more like family, then a client.

I absolutely love love love Dr. Jenkins and I know with her as my counselor which she's so much more than... I am headed in the right direction n I will be forever grateful for her being a blessing to helpe m so many others sort through their issues and overcome them. There is help out here people humble yourselves n get it. She's the best

Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.

Treatments

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Substance rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from substance abuse, including alcohol and drug addiction (both illegal and prescription drugs). They often include the opportunity to engage in both individual as well as group therapy.

DR. FELICIA JENKINS IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL, DETAILED ORIENTED AND STRAIGHT FORWARD COUNSELOR. I LIKE THE FACT THAT SHE WAS STRAIGHT TO THE POINT BECAUSE THAT SHOWED ME/MADE ME FEEL THAT SHE WAS DETERMINED TO HELP THE BEST SHE COULD. I HAVE NO PROBLEM RECOMMENDING HER TO OTHERS.
