My experience with Capstone is a good one

Friendly and caring staff. Anyone who gives this place a bad rating is just ignorant and disgruntled because they were ordered by the court to come here. Great experience

I was reading through these comments and I wanted to address a few things. I've been there for 3 months. I've been at another treatment centers in the past like UCS. A lot of the things the comments are true about places like UCS. Where they shame patient or we're running some sort of financial scam. Covert action is absolutely not one of those places. Everyone always very friendly to me I feel like I have a room full of friends every time I go there. My counselor is lovely she's always very sweet to me shes concerned legitimately about my needs. They're very well priced I think it's $70 for a week if you don't have insurance. Which is only $5 a day and as a user I always seem to be able to scrounge up enough money to get high I can definitely come up with 5 bucks and I did. The program is effective is the first time that I've been cleaned in nearly 15 years. This will be the first Christmas I've been sober with my family. But not only save lives there but they give you a life worth saving. And I saw some comments about Judy and I think she is an absolute darling I love her to death and she is the nicest most caring doctor I've ever met in my entire life. She always remembers my name just by my face. And she always treats me like a long lost friend. I look forward to speaking with her every month when I come to get my renewal. All in all it's a wonderful place and I thank them very much for giving my life back

I love Urban Dreams!! I have used their services and have been happy every time. Great place doing great things.

They have treated me good at the VA. It is still an organization that is government ran, so it isn't exactly efficient, but they have some good, caring people working there.

The Beacon is a wonderful nonprofit. The Beacon empowers these women to live full lives--giving their love to their families and contributing their talents to their communities. I have been able to witness first hand the wonderful work the Beacon has done and continues doing in the Des Moines community.

I ve been a mental health client as of 2019 and I can say that I have honestly had some of the best therapist and medication providers that I ve ever had. No matter what problems or issues I m facing, I have received quality care

The farmacy has accessible prices for people with low income

I ve unfortunately been to 9 inpatient treatments in Iowa and Hazelden in Minnesota. Powell is easily the best one in Iowa and their programming and staff are right on par with Hazelden. Which is one of the best (maybe the best) treatment in the USA. I highly recommend Powell if you or a loved one is serious about getting sober. They know what it takes to get sober and more importantly what to do to stay sober! 5

Delivered my first baby at Methodist after my water unexpectedly broke two weeks before my due date. I was so overwhelmed when I got to triage, but had such compassionate care from the start, beginning with the midwife (Susan) and nurse (Kayla)that helped me accept that I needed to be admitted for the safety of me and baby. We continued to get exceptional care from all of the nurses that took care of me and my baby before, during, and after delivery, and the physicians who gave me my epidural (Dr. Meredith) and delivered my son (Dr. Meierding). Wonderful care start to finish and I am forever grateful.
