This is my preferred VA facility. I've had no issues any time I've gone to them. Scheduling is always a breeze, and I never have any unreasonable wait times. The staff is always great to work with and they listen to my concerns and provide solutions. Referrals have also been approved without issue as well. My care team always responds as soon as possible whether I call them or message on the VA app. I highly recommend this clinic to any eligible vets nearby.

I recently had an ESWL procedure for a kidney stone at Spencer Hospital on August 14th, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment I started setting up my procedure, Kelly B. was incredibly pleasant and helpful. She made the scheduling process smooth and followed up on my additional questions with care and professionalism.On the day of my surgery, I was fortunate to have a wonderful team looking after me. Crystal, Sydney, Megan, the CNA, and the CRNA, Anne, were all exceptional. Crystal, in particular, took the time to pause and address my cautionary questions before I got settled for the procedure, which I greatly appreciated.The radiology staff also stood out, especially the woman who completed my KUB X-ray. She was welcoming, pleasant, and professional, making the imaging process comfortable and stress-free.Dr. Christ, who performed the surgery, was excellent. The entire team was professional, kind, and focused on providing the best care possible.I truly feel that I received top-notch service and would not hesitate to return to Spencer Hospital if needed in the future. She does so much more for her clients than any one else who works there realizes! When I was staying in a motel, she was checking on me daily making sure I was okay. She has provided me resources. She helped me fill out applications for housing programs and applications to get into my home. She does a lot more than she s required to do. This woman deserves a raise and a promotion.
