I am an ex-patient of this business. My father paid for these services for me when I was in my early teen years. I am currently in my 20s. I was enrolled into the neurofeedback sessions on the premise of certain sensory issues that I had, and depressive symptoms. The neurofeedback sessions themselves were painless, and the staff were fine. That's not what this review is about. The bottom line is that, looking back nearly a decade later, I do not believe that this service helped me become the person I am today. Many of the behaviors that were targeted during my treatment time here continued to persist throughout my adolescence (in even worse ways). It's impossible to establish any causation as to my behaviors today in relation to my treatment, as it has been such a long time since I was a patient here. However, I need to stress that it's highly unlikely that a service like this will "cure" your child. Perhaps there may be an improvement in the immediate, but there's no guarantee that will last. My experience with this center did not magically make me the successful student that I am today. It was through therapies, newfound independence, and simply maturing through time that helped shaped me.If this service was relatively affordable, I d be a little softer. However, for the steep price of of these sessions, and the myriads of MUCH cheaper alternatives available, I believe that using the service (at least for a use case like mine) is a gigantic money sink with extremely questionable return. (As someone shooting for grad school myself: just because it sounds and looks sciencey doesn t mean it s substantiated enough to warrant a high price tag or suggest it will work in the way it promises.) I would discourage spectators from making an appointment. Do other things, please.

After 24 weeks, our daughter has great improvements. Doctors were very professionals. They take their time on explaining any questions or concerns. They also give you the pricing structure very clear.

I completed their neurofeedback program in 2017 with INPS. It was absolutely amazing for my anxiety and sleep. I had tried many things for years without resolving the issues and neurofeedback resolved it completely. Life changing and could not recommend them enough. You've got to stick with it and go through the whole program - don't give up after a few sessions. There seem to be a lot of complaints about insurance, billing, or paperwork issues in many of the other reviews. I, personally, didn't experience any of that. Everyone was very nice and professional with clear communication along the way.

Other Forms of Payment

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Completing a drug or alcohol rehab program shouldn't spell the end of substance abuse treatment. Aftercare involves making a sustainable plan for recovery, including ongoing support. This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Treatments

Many of those suffering from addiction also suffer from mental or emotional illnesses like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression, or anxiety disorders. Rehab and other substance abuse facilities treating those with a dual diagnosis or co-occurring disorder administer psychiatric treatment to address the person's mental health issue in addition to drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Mental health rehabs focus on helping individuals recover from mental illnesses like bipolar disorder, clinical depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and more. Mental health professionals at these facilities are trained to understand and treat mental health issues, both in individual and group settings.

Programs

Teen Program
Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Therapy can help teenagers understand and work through underlying issues so they can reclaim the life ahead of them.
adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
child-program thumbnail image
Child Program
The providers who specialize in the children's rehab space understand the specialized needs that this population faces. School-based and social services such as tutoring and family counseling are often central to treatment. Child programs may also address the needs of youth experiencing substance abuse in the home, including a parent's or sibling's addiction.
program-for-men thumbnail image
Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.

Program For Women

These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Whether a marriage or other committed relationship, an intimate partnership is one of the most important aspects of a person's life. Drug and alcohol addiction affects both members of a couple in deep and meaningful ways, as does rehab and recovery. Couples therapy and other couples-focused treatment programs are significant parts of exploring triggers of addiction, as well as learning how to build healthy patterns to support ongoing sobriety.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Life skills trainings involve all the skills a person must have in order to function successfully in the world. These include time management, career guidance, money management, and effective communication. Truly successful addiction recovery is based on the ability to not only live substance-free, but to thrive. Life skills teaches the practical necessities of functioning in society, which sets clients up for success in life, and therefore sobriety.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I had heard negative things about this clinic before, but I prefer to try places out myself to make an educated opinion based on experience. To start, the front office staff where rude, they acted as though my presence was bothersome, and we were not worth their time. We felt forced into doing a $600 EEG that 1. Isn't a requirement for diagnosis and 2. Has no definitive research findings related to the specific diagnosis we were seeking. This test was not covered by insurance (we carry BCBS). When we went into speak with the physician about the results, she spent barely 15 minutes going over them. It seemed like she was reading from a script and was not able to answer any of our questions.. I work in the mental health field and I knew more than she did. She also could not explain any of the EEG results we paid $600 for! She also made us feel like our questions were idiotic and it seemed as though she had no desire to help us understand the diagnosis. Finally, after all of that, It took over 3 months to get the documentation of results. I called repeatedly and often didn't get ahold of anyone or my messages were not returned. I will say, the last front desk person I spoke to was kind and helpful.I used to regularly recommend this clinic to families as there are, unfortunately, not many in this area, but I will never again recommend this clinic to anyone. Ever.

The doctor was cold and very rude. They have no business interacting with patients. Front office staff rarely knew what was going on. My technician and counselor were fantastic and once we switched up the protocol due to negative side effects, I had good results.I highly recommend neurofeedback therapy but not here.

Last March I was in a MVA and had a TBI. After months of looking, providers slapping mental health diagnosis on me, and medications that weren t helping. I finally found Dr. Ann. She understood what I was experiencing and got me the help I needed. I am now off all medication and improving everyday. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for someone who will listen, understand and provide results.

This place is awesome! Their treatments have changed my child's life and I highly recommend them. Dr Stevens and her staff are doing great work and have expanded to Bentonville so more people can experience this healing process. Thanks to everyone at both the Fayetteville and Bentonville locations!

I was referred to them through the VA. I have continued to receive bills that are covered through VA community care. I have spoken with them numerous times and have been promised this would be taken care of. The last office manager I spoke with admitted to me there were many mistakes made within their office and this would be taken care of. Now, no answer when I call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
