I give the thumbs up. They are really caring people. And helped me with allot of serious issues.

A girl named Rosie from labs who was working on the 11th deserves a raise for sure.The young registration lady who was working at 4:30 said I had an order for labs, and then said I didn t.Rosie was so kind and helpful when my labs somehow got canceled. She made sure I was able to get a new order for them and got them done for me because they were important to have for my doctors appointment today.Can t thank her enough!!

I waited maybe 10 minutes in the waiting room, and the nurses were super kind, attentive and the vibes were just comforting. I had a previous traumatic hospital experience, but this one made me not so afraid of hospitals anymore. Thank you again to everyone, especially the nurses!

It's been a long road. But with their help I've made considerable progress. Their not perfect. But who is? I really can't complain.

I've spent many days thinking about what I would say about ICFR. Simply put...Amazing! The staff(MILES*GREAT THINGS*COULD BE SPOKEN ABOUT YOU ALL)may not have given what you wanted but they had and were there for you WITH what you needed..which was help. Like many addicts I found myself having gotten to a point something had to be done. Upon first arrival it was welcoming and scary(change, WAS not a fan..but I am NOW). But I gave it a legit chance. And after over a year after attending, I am happy to say I am still off my DOC and am thriving and going to do something I'VE NEVER tried. I'm going to chase my dreams. One phrase that stuck with me was "Then what?" So to the staff, I am sorry if I was a pain in the ass but THANK YOU for tollerating me and giving me a different outlook and tools you showed me I already had. And just remember, to quote the Late Beandon Lee.."It can't rain all the time".

Dr. Rhoton is the real deal and accepts Medicaid Traditional. Fast and friendly service. Front desk is awesome and is good about telling how long the wait is which is generally close to on time. Nurse is also nice. I really miss dealing with this office. I always got more than awesome service. I had to switch to another provider but will always be willing to come back if insurance changes in the future if they are accepting new patients

Excellent customer service and now a flag disposal box to have your flags retired appropriately.

Was there just 33 days back in 2021..I learn so much about myself as a person and life skills...These people care and help you in any way possible to get the treatment that you need!!Would recommend this facility to anyone that wants the help to change

A bill collector woke me up lol. I called Customer Accounts. I asked if I could get a financial assistance packet sent to me? The guy was really courteous and explained what to expect. I really appreciate the opportunity to lessen the cost. It doesn't hurt to ask right? I feel better since I did something

A couple months ago I spent about a week in here at 17 years old. I was the oldest kid there at the time. So trust me when I say this is a great facility. I absolutely loved it there. I have never been more able to feel like myself without being judged for it. Even through the harsh breakdowns I had, the NT made me feel like I wasn t crazy for feeling like that. The food was absolutely amazing and helped me bc I was having major issues with eating before I came in. They understood if I needed a minute away from everyone to console myself. A special thanks to David. He made everyone laugh and feel better no matter what type of day we were having. The thought of him working that night had everyone so excited. There were some times where I would have a breakdown and he would talk to me at a level that didn t make me feel like I was insane like every other psychiatrist i ve seen makes me feel. He would do karaoke with us and sing tswift We would laugh and make fun of him abt anything and everything. We all definitely got attached to him and hated to leave. But the whole place made me feel a lot better. I even asked to live there a couple of times As a former patient in the 11-17 part of it, I definitely recommend this place. Not every nurse was the sweetest but overall no one ever made us feel bad about ourselves. we did group every day and even had activity therapy where we got to paint, pet dogs, make stress balls, etc. This place definitely holds a place in my heart. THANK YOU CROSS POINT!!( Will also mention that they were completely open and respectful to all pronouns and names!!)

LifeSpring Health Systems in Paoli has been incredibly helpful to me. I have found their staff and clinicians to be the MOST caring and accommodating. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond to provide care with understanding and expediency. They are professional, compassionate, and communicative. I highly recommend their services and am so grateful they are in our community.
