I travel from Mount Carmel to see my therapist here. I love her and she never makes me feel like a bother. She has helped me in many ways. Sometimes they can't get me in as quickly as theyd like but I know it's because they have an overwhelming influx of patients and not enough therapists to help everyone which is not their fault. I went there almost a year ago and to this day the group therapist I had Marc had a great impact on my life. Dr. Rhoton is the real deal and accepts Medicaid Traditional. Fast and friendly service. Front desk is awesome and is good about telling how long the wait is which is generally close to on time. Nurse is also nice. I really miss dealing with this office. I always got more than awesome service. I had to switch to another provider but will always be willing to come back if insurance changes in the future if they are accepting new patients
