My daughter is now 5 years old, she s been seeing Jill for the last 1.5 year. To say that she s one of the best is an understatement. I personally have been in therapy for anxiety and there s no one who compares to her. My daughter went through something very devastating & Jill has been our light through it. If you re in need of a therapist, this is definitely the place for you! Erin & Darla, the receptionist are just as wonderful. My little girl loves all 3 of these individuals and looks forward to going everytime. Such a welcoming & passionate environment. Although this has been a very difficult thing for my family, Brighter Tomorrows is what gives us hope.

I loved everything about this place( the building could use some TLC)..but..they really helped me out..and Scott is amazing..this place showed me I had issues I never wanted to see before and how to work through them..they are all a Blessing..thank you all so much!!

My experience at choices was the best thing I had ever experienced in my life, MS.RACHAEL always had time for me to vent,cry, or just have a normal conversation,not to mention laughter. She is just an ANGEL ON EARTH, just as MS MONICA AND MS. KENZIE, these three LADIES changed my LIFE FOREVER. Ii was a lost soul just wondering around here on earth but they cared enough to show me how,when,why,and where I should be going in life and because of these 3 ANGELS I now own a 2 story log cabin in the woods in TN. , I work for the county HWY DEPARTMENT as an equipment operator and I have taken my life back because of THEIR BELIEF IN ME. if I went to every rehab center in the world I would have never found what I did with the WHOLE STAFF AT CHOICES, LOVE THEM FOREVER, AND THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE ALL I CAN BE!! VERY MUCH LOVE TO ALL

For two months my troubled granddaughter had been waiting to see the psychiatrist there. She has been in and out of the hospital while waiting. Her appointment finally came around and my daughter drove 20 miles to get there the required 30 minutes early only to be told her appointment was cancelled because she didn't text back in time to confirm her appointment. The day they sent her the message she was driving back from yet another stay at the hospital. If anything happens to my granddaughter I hold this supposed psychiatrist office responsible.What is someone who doesn't watch their phone 24/7 supposed to do? What about someone who doesn't have a cell phone or hasn't had the money to pay their phone bill. I guess their lives are of no importance.

Well things have changed at Oaklawn in south bend. I ve been assigned a new physician Dr. Platt. I haven t seen him yet but his nurse has been very helpful. She called me and said that Dr. Platt prescribed something to get me through until my appointment. He was not so selfish with prescribing me something to get me throughout this waiting period. I am very grateful and have to withdraw my last report

Nice place to have fun times even if you're feeling down there case management and they help you out alot.i give this 4 out of five stars they have outstanding benefits for when you are new at porter starke am lucky to have good friends and porter starke knox services are there for members of the community.

I recently got discharged from a 4-day stay here. From the minute I was admitted I was told what was going on and questions were most certainly welcomed. I got a tour of the unit and my bedroom and was introduced to my roommate right away. I have a gluten and lactose intolerance, and the staff sat down and asked what I would like to eat and accommodated my needs. The food is great and there's plenty of options. Anytime you need something you can walk over to the nurse's station and they'll be able to help you. My nurses and the techs and the doctor were exceptional! I especially want to thank Katey, the group organizer. She and I painted and sat and talked and she said she really wanted to be a part of my healing journey and found material for our groups to help me out. I enjoyed the relaxed schedule where groups are in the morning and early afternoon and if they don't fit your needs you don't have to attend. I was able to take naps when I was tired or feeling unwell, and one night they let me sleep on the couch because I felt more comfortable doing so. I was also able to take showers at my request and recieve fresh scrubs, socks, and undergarments daily. You can also take in a phone call list and call your friends and family any time you'd like. I can't express how good this place is, and how amazing it is that I got in when they only have 7 beds at the moment.
