I don t know who the negative reviews are from but some people (patients) are the because they are psychotic & out of control. Its a secure facility. You aint in there fore a vacation. You are there for treatment.Ive been twice. Staff are awesome...every one of them. Food os great. I m a first time mom, and I wish I could give this hospital 500 stars. My Ob (Dr. Powless) was so funny, patient and supportive of every decision I wanted to make during my pregnancy. She answered all my questions and lessened my concerns and scares before giving birth. She delivered my daughter fast and checked up on us every day afterwards while in hospital. Also, I want to shout out one of her NP s Angie Bowman Angie is AMAZING and I make a 1 hr 45 min commute to see her once a month still because she is REALLY that kind! I have had good experiences here at this center. I have Dr. Ghori and she is very kind! The nurses are always nice and like to conversate at this location. I definitely prefer this location over the Fort Wayne location. I go here for mental health care, and to get medication overlook. I have never had issues getting my prescriptions,getting appointments cancelled or scheduled or problems with my doctor herself. If you stick with the care and go to your appointments, take your medicines and listen to your doctor you will feel so much better. My anxiety is barely there now due to the medication I finally have been prescribed and I am so happy about that. This Bowen Center has a much more calm atmosphere compared to the Fort Wayne location so that is also an A+!

Me and my daughter have both been going here for around 3 years. Front ladies are awesome, scheduling is easy, and the staff is really wonderful. I've had a few different therapists during my time here, but not one has ever been a problem. My psychiatrist just left, but she was amazing, and the NP on staff has been nothing but helpful and understanding. She's also always helped with referrals when I've needed them. I've never felt like anything was pushed on me, and my daughter has received pretty top-notch care through their school based services as well. I'd definitely recommend for those who need mental health services.

My daughter is now 5 years old, she s been seeing Jill for the last 1.5 year. To say that she s one of the best is an understatement. I personally have been in therapy for anxiety and there s no one who compares to her. My daughter went through something very devastating & Jill has been our light through it.
