My experience here was very healing. I was skeptical about the program at first because I had never been to a mental health facility.I was shown extreme kindness and compassion by the staff from the day that I was evaluated, to the day that I graduated.I felt listened to, understood, and cared for. I will never forget how nice the staff treated me. Even the front desk ladies greeted me with a cheery good morning every time I walked in. I felt like I was safe here.I had an amazing therapist and nurse practitioner. They were both truly wonderful at providing me relief and reassurance regarding my mental health.The food and drinks they offered definitely surprised me because of how bad some of the reviews were. I was pleasantly surprised. They also have snack/drink machines and restrooms available at anytime.I met some pretty amazing people during my time here that I will forever be grateful for. I was happy to be placed in the group that I was.Family therapy was another huge thing that I valued. I appreciated the opportunity to be able to have the time with my own family. We all learned a lot.I went through PHP and IOP programs and graduated at the end. I would absolutely recommend this facility to my own friends and family. If you are considering going here, I encourage you to go into this journey with an open mind. It truly saved me on some of my hardest days. Me and my daughter have both been going here for around 3 years. Front ladies are awesome, scheduling is easy, and the staff is really wonderful. I've had a few different therapists during my time here, but not one has ever been a problem. My psychiatrist just left, but she was amazing, and the NP on staff has been nothing but helpful and understanding. She's also always helped with referrals when I've needed them. I've never felt like anything was pushed on me, and my daughter has received pretty top-notch care through their school based services as well. I'd definitely recommend for those who need mental health services.

Was nervous after seeing some negative reviews, but I had a great experience! If you get an opportunity to schedule an appointment with Melissa Cousins, I highly recommend it, she's the best.The office staff was friendly both in person and over the phone. Overall a really good experience!
