I had an overall good experience at Selah house. It was obvious how much all the staff care about the clients. The main reason I didn t give it 5 stars is because they have serious staffing issues. I was inpatient and had a feeding tube so I could only go on outings if there was a nurse present and enough rcs. There were at least 3 times I couldn t go because of staffing. The treatment program itself is extremely beneficial. Overall selah is an amazing program and would highly recommended it. I want to thank all of the rcs s who put in so much work into making it a homelike setting for all the clients. I had to go to the emergency room after fainted and Staci ended up taking me after her 16 hour shift. You can tell everyone truly cares and wants nothing but the best for you. If you want to recover selah is truly the place to go. Selah truly saved my life. I never at once felt like I was judged. I always felt safe. Huge thanks to Marci, Todd and All the nurses. You truly have such a positive impact on everyones lives.

So I have struggled with addiction issues for years and The Anderson Center was one of the treatment facilities that I had the opportunity to try. I was part of the in patient, as well as, the out patient. I have been doing outpatient services there now for the last couple of yrs. I am extremely surprised at all the bad reviews that I have read because in my experience, the staff and DR's have all been wonderful and have went above and beyond my expectations. I also want to give a special review for Dr. Skinner. He is my Dr. now and this man is incredible in every way possible! Immediately, you can tell that he is genuinely vested in his work and his patients. If it wasn't for him, I don't know where I would be today. I was undiagnosed and misdiagnosed for over 10 yrs. and after one appt. with him, was immediately diagnosed with major depression disorder and Bi-Polar disorder. I am now being treated for both and feel like I have my life back. I was lucky enough for Dr. Skinner to take me on as his patient and he has literally saved me. I will forever be greatful!!!

There are literally no amount of words that could describe the way that Spero Health has not just changed my life, but truly gave me my life back! This place inspired me to not only remain clean but I've even taken the courses (CPRS-A & tons of other relevant training courses, & cont. to take several per week) so that I can be a certified peer recovery specialist and now I'm currently looking for a facility to work for and help others as I was helped as well!! I would love to work for this company as I'm a true testament as to the success and everything surrounding Spero, from top to bottom! I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility ! To work for, testify and TRULY advocate and represent Spero would be the ultimate full circle to not close, but cont. on my own recovery journey! I will not give up until I am helping others thru Spero and on to their new life, and living a life of true recovery, whatever that may look like to each individual ! Thank you for saving my life Spero, and you have all my info as soon as you'd like to discuss employment opportunities! #WeDoRecover

Me and my daughter have both been going here for around 3 years. Front ladies are awesome, scheduling is easy, and the staff is really wonderful. I've had a few different therapists during my time here, but not one has ever been a problem. My psychiatrist just left, but she was amazing, and the NP on staff has been nothing but helpful and understanding. She's also always helped with referrals when I've needed them. I've never felt like anything was pushed on me, and my daughter has received pretty top-notch care through their school based services as well. I'd definitely recommend for those who need mental health services.

Unit 7 staff did an amazing job taking care of my daughter. My family is thankful for each and everyone of you. 5stars for Unit 7As for the front desk. The lady behind the glass.( 1star. ) I was there 11/11/24 at 12:40pm the lady with the dark hair was rude. She had three of us standing in line. She didn t greet anyone. She told us to hold on while she was doing some sort of paperwork. Her back up came from behind another door with a Coca Cola . I m assuming it was snack time. Ms. Rudeness kept working on paperwork while we stood in line . I got tired of standing and asked when she was gonna help us ? When you have customers at the window they are #1 priority. We are already stressed enough about our loved ones being there . You should have more compassion for people. You re an older lady so you should know that. They need to replace her. Her spirit is nasty and not Christ-Like.

UPDATE***Dr. smith advocated for me (telling the hospital I didn t want extra test done and got my IV out early) and stuck to my birth plan like I have 3 children and this was THE BEST care and birth I ve ever gotten . Went completely natural and I know I wouldn t be able to do it without her. Then proved extra care to me on top of the hospital staff and Dr. then even the next night came and visited me to see how we was doing . After I healedI immediately made her our pcp and pediatric care provider. Thank you Dr. smith !!!!Staff are all so kind a personal. Started going to this aspire for my pregnancy care and plan to stay for family care and even pediatric care for my kids . Dr. Olivia Smith has impressed me so much with her kind ways and knowledge. And advocated my need in the bigger hospitals about my birth process. The office and bathrooms are always clean . I m so thankful I gave this aspire a chance .
