If you know how to follow some simple rules & are genuinely serious about getting off opiates Duane Dean will save your life. It saved mine 17 years ago. Victoria is a fantastic nurse. You have to remember what she's dealing with. Junkies that are always trying to bend rules, manipulate people & drug tests, argue or just act immature. If your serious about recovery go to Duane Dean. If you think Methadone is "withdrawal insurance" don't waste everyone's time, stay on the street.It's not easy, but if your reading this,, it's probably time. I went to Branden House and they helped me so much more than I thought I needed. It's hard at first... Discipline and withdrawal. I had a hard time everyday at first trying to not cry but they all welcomed my healing tears. I highly recommend NP Ashley Chappell to anyone looking for a compassionate, personal approach from their provider. I initially saw one of the doctors, whose approach was more detached and clinical, which is not the approach that works for me. Switching to Ashley was very helpful and I was able to get the care I needed in an environment that was more comfortable for me.

I was recently a patient at riverbend and My stay there was amazing. I walked in and instantly I was greeted with a smile ,I didn't have to wait to get evaluated and knew almost instantly what the plan was. Upon being on the unit all the Staff were amazing and so respectful . The nurses were always on time with med pass. The techs were some of the nicest people I've ever met. They definitely made everyone feel welcomed and cared about . The therapist team was just as amazing and answered all my questions . Doctor O was an amazing doctor and listened to all my concerns . Shout out to some of my favorite staff Jess and Corey and I'm sorry I can't spell your name but Nurse Chantel was my favorite nurse . Jake was apart of the therapy team and I really appreciated his groups ,They were very helpful for me.My family would Also like to say thank you to the social work team for keeping them involved in my treatment.I highly recommend Riverbend . The front desk staff is very professional understanding and friendly. These people really are there to help without any judgment. Believe me they have seen and heard it all so if you find yourself in a situation where you should see counseling do not hesitate to be open and honest with them.
