Not just a client .If you live in the area , this is the place to beThey helped start the journey that turned my life around .I popped in today and even after a couple years they knew exactly who I was.

I have utilized the services of Accent Counseling twice in approximately three years, and both experiences have been very rewarding and fulfilling to say the least. They have great staff members that are very knowledgeable and helpful in every way, plus they are just very cool! I would 100% recommend Accent Counseling to anyone in need of their services!

I recently completed a stay at a out of state inpatient program. I got in touch with The Hour House to continue some sort of outpatient program. I then set up a assessment with them that had to be done in Mattoon Illinois. I met with Sue D.Let me tell you about Sue D. This woman HELPED me (and is still helping me) So very much! I cannot express to you how grateful I am for her. She has been with me through every step and aspect of where Im at in my recovery. She is a GODSEND! She actually CARES! She talks to me like I am a actual person, and not just a number/paycheck.. I would highly recommend Hour House to anyone looking to get well. I m definitely doing much better having talking to Sue!

Like I love everyone here been going for years especially my doctors and the nurse that I always get for Janelle Chalmers but for some reason when I call alot of times it does a fax machine noise and I like REALLY need to get through today I tried Friday too.

I worked on the crisis team back in 2016. Excellent experience. Great learning opportunity for anyone interested in mental health.

It's an upgrade from Prairie Center Residential which merged with Rosecrance sometime in 2017.

I have a new therapist at a different practice for another purpose, but Tara at PCMH was the first therapist that was able to genuinely help me. I learned a lot with Tara s help and was able to make strides. The few interactions I had over the phone with other staff were pleasant, never had an issue. Mainly reviewing to recommend Tara if you re needing a good therapist.
