I have never met such caring, kind, wonderful and supportive staff at this program. Cassandra, Ebonique, Pam, Shenika, Michelle, Wykeeta, Dominic, Sonyee, Donna and the students Lauren,August and Dr Dana. I have learned so much from them. Who I am now is because of what I have learned from them. I am growing into a better person. I am stronger than I was before. I feel I can think more wiser than I did before. I thought I was never going to better until I came back to the program with a new clinical director Cassandra. I feel that it is more comfortable and that the staff now that I mentioned made it to where I see what I needed to work on and it's been going so much better now that Cassandra took over as the clinical director.

If i could give 1000 stars i would! I couldn't recommend symetria enough. Everyone there is absolutely AMAZING! From the front staff (esp Ms Shuranda who keeps everything running smoothly), to the wonderful counselors, the medical directors (shout out to Ms Cynthia) and the nurses aka angels in scrubs (Kat, Gizelle and Mel).. you are surrounded by nothing but complete love, support and understanding. There is never a moment you feel judged or unsupported. Everyone has been there for me in more ways than I can count and if it wasn't for the staff I don't think I would be where I am today. You aren't treated like a number or just another patient. You are treated like FAMILY! Choosing symetria to be the first place I went to help be recover was the best decision I ever made and I'm forever grateful for everyone there who has been there for me since day one. I have been receiving treatment at Brightside for a few months. I went into this treatment scared. I was desperate and called to see if they have room for a new patient. They got me in an hour later and immediately started helping me get started with treatment. Once I met everyone I knew I was in the right place. No need to feel intimidated, they re here to help and they show it! Dr. Mary Jean has been amazing. She listens to what I have to say and gives honest feedback. I get anxious talking to doctors and sometimes feel like what I m saying is wrong. I feel so comfortable sitting with Dr. Mary Jean and telling her everything I am feeling. I can see by the way that she informs me and listens to me that she cares. Leela and Catherine are amazing and you can tell they care as well. They have no idea how much better they make it walking into a doctor office. It s like walking into a friends house. They always answer all my questions and always remind me to call if I need. If you re struggling with opiate addiction, come here first, they take care of you.
