Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

Brittany has been so helpful to me since I started seeing her, and she's someone you can laugh and smile with, but she knows when to be unpack important topics. She's ready to hear about day to day life or deeper issues, but either way it's time well spent and I always appreciate each session. I can tell she genuinely cares about people and has been helping me grow as a person, so if that's something you're looking for I would 100% recommend her!!!

When I got my DUI I was given a list of DUI counseling and services in the area. Some people were nice some people were very ugly. Some services give you partial services and you have to look somewhere else to complete all of your requirements which is frustrating. Lighthouse is a One-Stop place to go. These people are genuine, good-hearted and care about what they do. They made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Keep in mind they are doing their job so do not get angry with them it is the state of Illinois that is the biggest problem. You can jump through all the hoops and do all of your requirements and the state of Illinois will still make it hard for you to get your license back. But the people at lighthouse will be very honest and tell you this. And they will give you the information to help you navigate your difficult situation. Do yourself a favor and call lighthouse first. Thank you all.

Sleep deprived at 3am in an airport at Roma I write this as a testament to care, I was able to enjoy my time in Italy sober thanks to the wonderful people there.

Overall experience was positive. The majority of the staff cares and is in this line of work for the right reason. Residential treatment was fantastic the in house groups were very well executed and the curriculum was extensive and very relevant to my life.

It is something very beautiful, a place of help to those who need it, the people who serve are always very kind, respectful and above all simple and with a nice character. I congratulate all those who make donations for low-income people, a good work and above all mutual ground It is an excellent place of support and you feel a great peace of mind being there.

The valuable lessons provided truly shift your perspective on life, regardless of your starting point. Greg Ammon, Vincent Donlon, and the instructors who delivered the lessons were once part of my support network. I cherished their guidance and gained significant knowledge from them. Reflecting on how long it has been since my diagnosis feels surreal. The journey to recovery was facilitated by the insights and assistance I received. Embracing the process involves being receptive to learning and adjusting one's mindset and actions. Thank you for all you do for our community, we appreciate your work and dedication. :)

Staff went above and beyond my expectations with how devoted their are to taking care of us. I felt safe and comfortable to start my healing process. The psychiatrist is the best doctor I have ever worked with. I am forever thankful for this wonderful place in giving me a second chance at life.

Clinical care consultants has truly been so helpful for me and my family. The therapists are so compassionate and friendly. They made feel feel comfortable enough to open up and express myself. Cheri, Dave, and Greta have been awesome!
