Symetria creates an environment where people feel safe, supported, and valued. The morning IOP group supported me through the hardest part of my life and I will forever be grateful for the amazing people I met. I think each one of us in the group looked forward to our time together in that healing place. Our counselor Brian is an expert in his field. He led our group through many difficult topics and conversations and did so with enormous compassion. Individual sessions with Brian were always insightful. Brian has a unique way of making each of his clients feel good about themselves. If you struggle with addiction and are looking for a place where you can start to make changes, I highly recommend Naperville's IOP program. Thank you for helping me change my life.

The place itself is an environment that will help you get your life on track. The Counselors are the best! The life coach is superb and the connect app is something everyone should have that has been through recovery.

I was scared and unsure going into this process but after the Community welcomed me with open arms I knew I was in the right place. Staff went above and beyond my expectations with how devoted their are to taking care of us. I felt safe and comfortable to start my healing process. The psychiatrist is the best doctor I have ever worked with. I am forever thankful for this wonderful place in giving me a second chance at life.

Greg Ammon, Vincent Donlon, and the instructors who delivered the lessons were once part of my support network. I cherished their guidance and gained significant knowledge from them. Reflecting on how long it has been since my diagnosis feels surreal. The journey to recovery was facilitated by the insights and assistance I received. Embracing the process involves being receptive to learning and adjusting one's mindset and actions. Thank you for all you do for our community, we appreciate your work and dedication. :)

If i could give 1000 stars i would! I couldn't recommend symetria enough. Everyone there is absolutely AMAZING! From the front staff (esp Ms Shuranda who keeps everything running smoothly), to the wonderful counselors, the medical directors (shout out to Ms Cynthia) and the nurses aka angels in scrubs (Kat, Gizelle and Mel).. you are surrounded by nothing but complete love, support and understanding. There is never a moment you feel judged or unsupported. Everyone has been there for me in more ways than I can count and if it wasn't for the staff I don't think I would be where I am today. You aren't treated like a number or just another patient. You are treated like FAMILY! Choosing symetria to be the first place I went to help be recover was the best decision I ever made and I'm forever grateful for everyone there who has been there for me since day one. Thank you symetria for giving me the confidence and tools to recover and to get my life back!

This place and its staff are truly amazing at what they do. At this location you can tell the care and support they give you comes from a truly genuine place. I can t appreciate that enough.

The care I received was superb. My one star reduction is because of Theo inability (or unwillingness) to coordinate all of the things they do at night (take vitals, give an injection, give oral meds, draw blood), so that I NEVER got more than 2 hours of sleep). I was this discharged severally sleep deprived. How can not letting patients sleep help their healing?

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office. I have seen 3 doctors and now currently see Emily Jensen NP. All have been wonderful and actually care about getting to the root cause. The reason for my review is actually for someone from their administrative team. I had an issue this week and Barbara went way above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I have never had a negative experience with this office! Thank you to the entire team!

This program has really changed my life. Mario is a fantastic teacher and a student. Frank and the lady at the front desk make you feel like family.
