If i could give 1000 stars i would! I couldn't recommend symetria enough. Everyone there is absolutely AMAZING! From the front staff (esp Ms Shuranda who keeps everything running smoothly), to the wonderful counselors, the medical directors (shout out to Ms Cynthia) and the nurses aka angels in scrubs (Kat, Gizelle and Mel).. you are surrounded by nothing but complete love, support and understanding. There is never a moment you feel judged or unsupported. Everyone has been there for me in more ways than I can count and if it wasn't for the staff I don't think I would be where I am today. You aren't treated like a number or just another patient. You are treated like FAMILY! Choosing symetria to be the first place I went to help be recover was the best decision I ever made and I'm forever grateful for everyone there who has been there for me since day one. Thank you symetria for giving me the confidence and tools to recover and to get my life back!

I have always been treated with dignity and I have a smile on my face whenever I have to go there cuz everyone is so understanding and caring!! They really understand the disease of addiction, and all they want is to help you get a better quality of life without using!! I will continue to recommend RC to anyone and everyone who need MAT!! I have been receiving treatment at Brightside for a few months. I went into this treatment scared. I was desperate and called to see if they have room for a new patient. They got me in an hour later and immediately started helping me get started with treatment. Once I met everyone I knew I was in the right place. No need to feel intimidated, they re here to help and they show it! Dr. Mary Jean has been amazing. She listens to what I have to say and gives honest feedback. I get anxious talking to doctors and sometimes feel like what I m saying is wrong. I feel so comfortable sitting with Dr. Mary Jean and telling her everything I am feeling. I can see by the way that she informs me and listens to me that she cares. Leela and Catherine are amazing and you can tell they care as well. They have no idea how much better they make it walking into a doctor office. It s like walking into a friends house. They always answer all my questions and always remind me to call if I need. If you re struggling with opiate addiction, come here first, they take care of you.

One of the better VA clinics I've been to. I've not had any issues here, unlike other VA hospitals. The doctors here seem to actually listen to what you say. Amazing.

A true master class of what MAT program should be, from the amazing Stephanie who you can find dutifully behind the front desk, doing so much for the clients that without her hard work dealing with insurance companies, insuring transportation etc Many people myself included would not have been able to utilize this fantastic place of healing. Furthermore the Director Margo Brooks can not be given enough credit for the way she ensures a place that is conducive to the healing taking place and the humanizing of folks that more often then not have been let down by less Impressive institutions such. I owe my life and sanity to these great people. And that is to say nothing of the 5 star nursing staff. God bless these fine upstanding people and the hard and often thankless job they do. So this comes from the bottom of my heart and I'm sure I speak for many others when finally giving you the just thanks you so rightfully deserve now.If ever I needed to recommend anyone to get treatment I always have an extra CAP business card in my wallet, they are that good and so much better at what they do from others in their field. That is a firsthand truth.
