THIS PLACE ROCKS! I say this with personal experience, as I am one who stayed there for a month. So where do I begin? When I got there on the 28th of August, I was a wreck. Had too many addictions and needed a hard restart. If you have a problem and need to get away from all worry or dependencies, this is the place for you! The structure and reprogramming is flawless. The people I was there with I now consider family was top tier. The staff went above and beyond for me. The food program was absolutely fantastic. The lodging was appropriate. The scenery was surreal. The amenities for me was on point. With all these factors, I was able to comfortably detox my toxic mind, body, and soul, so let me start from the beginning.John is the Man! He s the one who booked me and communicated the logistics I needed to know for a month s stay. (I brought my bow staffs and my digital piano for therapeutic purposes)which John allowed. Thank you good sir!Sarah in the office is a fantastic yoga teacher. Tracy is the soul I was searching for as she was incredibly helpful in rebuilding myself from within. All the counseling from Tori was exactly what I needed. She is amazing at her job let me tell you! Adam was my case manager and he s a boss in dealing with my aftercare. Kelsey and Sarah along with Anne led healing groups and self care directive programs I learned plenty from. The chefs, led by Chef Travis, along with Chef Josh and Chef Sam really put their passion into EVERY meal we had! Like I said above, the food here is exquisite. World renowned delights 3 times a day of over the top culinary dreams directed by Chef Travis. He s a true culinarian with mad skills! (coming from a fellow chef)Beth who mainly worked 3rd shift sees the world in the 4th dimension! She s really great. Mike, Travis and Ted are awesome who did check ins with us are not to be overlooked. Great people indeed! Now I go to IOP with Morgan and she is exactly the type to keep me accountable and she is fantastic to work with. I love her with all the respect I have to give! Thank you all!It all boils down to, if you are seeking help, call John at Top of the World Ranch and get yourself some right minded company and self clearing. It will do you good as it did me most definitely!

I really like this clinic. I haven't had any of the issues I've seen posted. The staff are all very kind and very professional. I'm not sure if this is a factor in the very different experiences people are having, but they were purchased by a different company at some point before I started in December 2023. So maybe they have different people and policies now? I just know that I've had a great experience, and after coming from CADS in Rock Island, I needed that. Our dose is up to us because no matter the length of time it's been, some people aren't ready to be done with Methadone. For some people, it's a decision between Methadone or heroin. And that's a clear choice for me. But, ya, great experience.

Transitions Mental Health Services has been a lifesaver for me. Shana and the entire staff have been incredibly supportive, taking me to appointments and providing me with the guidance and resources I need. I am so grateful for their help and the positive impact they have had on my mental health journey.

The Doctor I went to cared very much on getting me on my right medication. And they never gave up on me. I've suffered since I was 8 yrs old and I am 45 now. I am now on the correct medication. Thank you to the Doctors that actually cared about my mental health.

Saved my life!!

Hightower saved my life. I walked in a broken human. The program is structured in the perfect way. If you work the program the way it is designed, the program will work for you! I'm living proof of that. I learned so much and made some lifelong friends that I cherish. Highly recommend for women with children trying to get their lives back and live clean and sober!

They re the greatest! The faculty is attentive & friendly! The things I learned & the ppl I met are unforgettable!

It is with a heavy heart I must say this place has officially closed down for good. Yes they had their issues but if the QC really knew what these 3 people put in to save so many lives. Dr. Doyle is an absolute saint. For at least the last 5 yrs this man has been keeping this place open and staffed out of his own pocket while losing members of his own family. Dr. Ron Christian is a phenomenal program director/therapist. He was always there for me no matter what and always with the best advice. Mrs. Greene you are such a helpful sweetheart with a heart bigger than your small frame. These people saved my life. Twice. Dr. Doyle if you see this just know you saved me and I won't let you down.

Each time I have a reason to go to Genesis West, I am treated with respect, efficiency and given great attention from the physician and medical staff. The nurses, tho busy do an extremely good job of performing their duties. The x-ray technicians and others are quick to get you through your test and are extremely respectful of you privacy and your immediate needs. I wouldn't select any other hospital besides for Genesis West and East.
