The ER staff were super helpful and very efficient. So glad to have such an amazing hospital in our community. I hope I do not have to return for an ER visit, but if I do I trust them for care with our family. The doctors, nurses, and support staff did an amazing job.
I love my therapist and am excited to meet my psychiatrist. However, the missing star is because the people working the front desk are so rude and unwelcoming every single time I have to interact with them. There is ONE young man that works the front desk that is lovely. Please hire new people for front desk interactions. It makes me so uncomfortable and anxious interacting with people that act as if im inconveniencing them or interupting them with my interaction. Theyre always smiling and laughing amongst themselves, but as soon as i approach, the energy shifts and makes me feel like theres something wrong with me when i know that im nothing but polite, respectful and kind to these people. All love for the therapists and doctors at this location though. They have been life saving for me. My therapist Michelle is really an angel on earth and i couldnt ask for a better therapist.
