Some people were nice some people were very ugly. Some services give you partial services and you have to look somewhere else to complete all of your requirements which is frustrating. Lighthouse is a One-Stop place to go. These people are genuine, good-hearted and care about what they do. They made me feel comfortable from the beginning. Keep in mind they are doing their job so do not get angry with them it is the state of Illinois that is the biggest problem. You can jump through all the hoops and do all of your requirements and the state of Illinois will still make it hard for you to get your license back. But the people at lighthouse will be very honest and tell you this. And they will give you the information to help you navigate your difficult situation. My husband went to U. Chicago Medicine Advent Bolingbrook ER Dec 18-28th 2024, approx 12:30pm by ambulance. He was transferred to a room appox 9pm. The ER nurses were Outstanding! Everyone was very patient with my agitated husband. They also kept me updated. Even Alex, the transport staff member, was Extremely soothing to him. (This gentleman needs to be rewarded, if you can identify him by date & time).

Emergency Room was difficult and busy. After that, everything was great: medical staff, room service food, maintenance. Nurse Michelle in unit 4-2 along with aide Teegan were outstanding! Once you get past the hectic ER, you will be fine. Early aide Jasmine also took great care of me!

The nurses are A+ - However I waited a very long time to see a doctor who knew what was going on. Doctors come and visit me but they are not the right ones. They need more in house doctors or at least give me a time frame.
