I accidentally left my brown and tan Coach and Mini Louis Vuitton card holder wallet(was inside the zipper part of the Coach wallet) there on Monday, April 1st in the lobby area and it was 6:00 pm, I called at exactly 8:02 am up until 9am, the next day, when someone finally answered, told the lady at the front desk about seeing or hearing anything about a wallet, she said, no. I asked her could she go check in the lobby and she said, wait, let me go see, she then came back on the phone and said, no not there, I looked in the lobby, under and behind the chairs, and by the toy area . She then said, no one else comes in after that time, in here, but the cleaning crew . She then gave me the number and name of the manager of the cleaning crew. I immediately called him . Once Shawn(maintenance manager)answered, I explained to him on why I was calling , to ask if anyone turned in a wallet. He said he would check, did not hear anything else from him ,that day. After I got off, I went back up there, no one was at the desk. I wrote a note about coming there and left my number, just in case someone came in or called about it. I texted Shawn today about any updates, he said, no one has turned one in. The fact that my Driver s license is in there and the person that took it, could easily have known where to send my belongings or even just turned it in, considering no money was in there, so the only reason I can assume they have not turned it in, is because they are designer items. I left my cash app card unlocked just to see if they would try to use it( like $2), they did not try to use it, so it s apparent, they either want to keep my wallets, really just don t care about doing the right thing, or just a non caring human being. I was at least thinking maybe since money was not in there, it would be a possibility of it being turned in, On top of that I just renewed my license and all my cards, and medical ID cards were in there. To whom ever took it, knowing my identity is in there, it gives me anxiety, but still do not wish anything bad on them, just hope the person will realize, stealing is wrong.

Other Forms of Payment

Private insurance refers to any kind of healthcare coverage that isn't from the state or federal government. This includes individual and family plans offered by an employer or purchased from the Insurance Marketplace. Every plan will have different requirements and out of pocket costs so be sure to get the full details before you start treatment.

Self-pay involves paying for treatment out of your own pocket. You can use savings or credit, get a personal loan, or receive help from family and friends to fund your treatment. If you don't have insurance or your insurance plan doesn't cover a specific program, self-pay can help ensure you still get the care you need.

Financial aid can take many forms. Centers may have grants or scholarships available to clients who meet eligibility requirements. Programs that receive SAMHSA grants may have financial aid available for those who need treatment as well. Grants and scholarships can help you pai for treatment without having to repay.

Per session payment lets you pay for each treatment at the time of service. You may also pay for a certain number of sessions up front and then pay for more if needed. This format allows you to tailor the financial investment to your specific needs and avoid having a large lump sum payment due at the end of the treatment program.

Sliding scale payments are based on a client's income and family size. The goal is to make treatment affordable to everyone. By taking these factors into account, addiction recovery care providers help ensure that your treatment does not become a financial burden to you or your family, eliminating one barrier to care.

Medicare is a federal program that provides health insurance for those 65 and older. It also serves people under 65 with chronic and disabling health challenges. To use Medicare for addiction treatment you need to find a program that accepts Medicare and is in network with your plan. Out of pocket costs and preauthorization requirements vary, so always check with your provider.

Military members, veterans, and eligible dependents have access to specific insurance programs that help them get the care they need. TRICARE and VA insurance can help you access low cost or no cost addiction and mental health treatment. Programs that accept military insurance often have targeted treatment focused on the unique challenges military members, veterans, and their families face.

Medicaid is a state based program that helps lower-income individuals and families pay for healthcare. Medicaid covers addiction treatment so those enrolled can use their coverage to pay for rehab. When a program accepts Medicaid the client often pays very little or nothing out of their own pocket.

Addiction Treatments

Levels of Care

outpatient iconOutpatient
Outpatient Programs (OP) are for those seeking mental rehab or drug rehab, but who also stay at home every night. The main difference between outpatient treatment (OP) and intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) lies in the amount of hours the patient spends at the facility. Most of the time an outpatient program is designed for someone who has completed an inpatient stay and is looking to continue their growth in recovery. Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
intensive-outpatient iconIntensive Outpatient
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) are for those who want or need a very structured treatment program but who also wish to live at home and continue with certain responsibilities (such as work or school). IOP substance abuse treatment programs vary in duration and intensity, and certain outpatient rehab centers will offer individualized treatment programs.
aftercare iconAftercare Support
Rehab aftercare programs offer a complete continuum of care for clients in the maintenance phase of recovery and are predicated on the idea that addiction disease is a chronic condition prone to relapse and warranting continuing care. Clients collaborate with their care team and case manager to access the specific rehab aftercare services they need to promote their sustained sobriety. Peer coaching, relapse prevention services, career counseling, and 12 step program induction are common in these programs.
12-step icon12-Step
12-step programs are addiction recovery models based on Alcoholics Anonymous (AA). A number of substance abuse programs (including some drug and alcohol rehab centers) use the 12 steps as a basis for treatment. Beginning steps involve admitting powerlessness over the addiction and creating a spiritual basis for recovery. Middle steps including making direct amends to those who've been hurt by the addiction, and the final step is to assist others in addiction recovery in the same way. 12-Step offshoots including Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Cocaine Anonymous (CA), Dual Recovery Anonymous (DRA), Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA) and Gamblers Anonymous (GA).
heart-hands iconIntervention Services
Intervention services can provide customized interventions tailored to the needs of the individual and family. An intervention specialist can design and conduct a drug intervention in North Carolina that encourages the individual to enter treatment in a non-coercive manner. The specialist will meet with the family to plan the intervention, then provide expert insights to guide the process and appropriate follow-up care.

Treatments

The goal of treatment for alcoholism is abstinence. Those with poor social support, poor motivation, or psychiatric disorders tend to relapse within a few years of treatment. For these people, success is measured by longer periods of abstinence, reduced use of alcohol, better health, and improved social functioning. Recovery and Maintenance are usually based on 12 step programs and AA meetings.

There are many types of drug rehab in North Carolina. To receive treatment for addiction, you can choose from many inpatient and outpatient programs. Often, participants start with detox and work through a full continuum of care that continues with ongoing support for long-term recovery.

A combined mental health and substance abuse rehab has the staff and resources available to handle individuals with both mental health and substance abuse issues. It can be challenging to determine where a specific symptom stems from (a mental health issue or an issue related to substance abuse), so mental health and substance abuse professionals are helpful in detangling symptoms and keeping treatment on track.

Opioid rehabs specialize in supporting those recovering from opioid addiction. They treat those suffering from addiction to illegal opioids like heroin, as well as prescription drugs like oxycodone. These centers typically combine both physical as well as mental and emotional support to help stop addiction. Physical support often includes medical detox and subsequent medical support (including medication), and mental support includes in-depth therapy to address the underlying causes of addiction.

Programs

teen-program thumbnail image
Teen Program
Teen programs are designed to address the unique pressures teens face, pressures that can drive them to experiment with dangerous, addictive substances. They need programs that meet them exactly where they are and give them tools for long-term recovery. Therapy can help teenagers understand and work through underlying issues so they can reclaim the life ahead of them.
adult-program thumbnail image
Adult Program
Adult rehab programs include therapies tailored to each client's specific needs, goals, and recovery progress. They are tailored to the specific challenges adult clients may face, including family and work pressures and commitments. From inpatient and residential treatment to various levels of outpatient services, there are many options available. Some facilities also help adults work through co-occurring conditions, like anxiety, that can accompany addiction.
program-for-men thumbnail image
Program For Men
Men face specific challenges and concerns when seeking addiction treatment. Gender-specific recovery programs help them tackle these issues head-on in an environment that's focused, targeted, and distraction-free. It also gives them the opportunity to connect with and learn from other men who have been through a similar journey and can offer support for the next step.
program-for-women thumbnail image
Program For Women
Rehabs for women provide a safe, nurturing space for female clients to heal. These treatment programs consider the specific obstacles that women can face during recovery and place a special emphasis on mental, social, physical, and reproductive health. They explore how each woman's experience has shaped the trajectory of their substance use, addressing issues such as sexual abuse and past trauma.
young-adult-program thumbnail image
Young Adult Program
Young adulthood can be an exciting, yet difficult, time of transition. Individuals in their late teens to mid-20s face unique stressors related to school, jobs, families, and social circles, which can lead to a rise in substance use. Rehab centers with dedicated young adult programs will include activities and amenities that cater to this age group, with an emphasis on specialized counseling, peer socialization, and ongoing aftercare.

Clinical Services

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a therapy modality that focuses on the relationship between one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It is used to establish and allow for healthy responses to thoughts and feelings (instead of unhealthy responses, like using drugs or alcohol). CBT has been proven effective for recovering addicts of all kinds, and is used to strengthen a patient's own self-awareness and ability to self-regulate. CBT allows individuals to monitor their own emotional state, become more adept at communicating with others, and manage stress without needing to engage in substance abuse.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a modified form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a treatment designed to help people understand and ultimately affect the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. DBT is often used for individuals who struggle with self-harm behaviors, such as self-mutilation (cutting) and suicidal thoughts, urges, or attempts. It has been proven clinically effective for those who struggle with out-of-control emotions and mental health illnesses like Borderline Personality Disorder.

Group therapy is any therapeutic work that happens in a group (not one-on-one). There are a number of different group therapy modalities, including support groups, experiential therapy, psycho-education, and more. Group therapy involves treatment as well as processing interaction between group members.

In individual therapy, a patient meets one-on-one with a trained psychologist or counselor. Therapy is a pivotal part of effective substance abuse treatment, as it often covers root causes of addiction, including challenges faced by the patient in their social, family, and work/school life.

Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a clinical approach to helping people with substance abuse issues and other conditions shift behavior in positive ways. It is more goal-oriented than traditional psychotherapy, as MI counselors directly attempt to get clients to consider making behavioral change (rather than wait for them to come to conclusions themselves). Its primary purpose is to resolve ambivalence and help clients become able to make healthy choices freely.

Trauma therapy addresses traumatic incidents from a client's past that are likely affecting their present-day experience. Trauma is often one of the primary triggers and potential causes of addiction, and can stem from child sexual abuse, domestic violence, having a parent with a mental illness, losing one or both parents at a young age, teenage or adult sexual assault, or any number of other factors. The purpose of trauma therapy is to allow a patient to process trauma and move through and past it, with the help of trained and compassionate mental health professionals.

Research clearly demonstrates that recovery is far more successful and sustainable when loved ones like family members participate in rehab and substance abuse treatment. Genetic factors may be at play when it comes to drug and alcohol addiction, as well as mental health issues. Family dynamics often play a critical role in addiction triggers, and if properly educated, family members can be a strong source of support when it comes to rehabilitation.

Routine tasks are difficult for someone experiencing addiction. Daily skills deteriorate, which makes it harder to achieve recovery. That's why drug rehab programs in North Carolina reteach basic life skills. This gives you the tools you need to manage daily life without returning to substance use.

We have been doing therapy with Hope Services for over 2 years. We are currently doing intensive in home therapy and everyone we have had the pleasure to work with has been amazing. They are caring, compassionate, and dedicated to doing the best job they can. You can tell that the staff is there because they are passionate about their job. Hope Services is an amazing place!

Hope for some. The one star is for the receptionist. She's a very nice lady. Otherwise. I went there two days ago to get help for my son. They have no one on a staff who takes United Healthcare so I filled out my paperwork and left it there. On the way home my son had a violent episode. I've spent two days feeling hopeless to get him help. He has blind violent rages and I feel like everyone turn us away. It's Friday and I have yet to hear from someone. I thought this was a place you could walk into and get help. I'm disappointed. It's taken me many calls to find someone willing to see my five year old. I'm hoping to finally get some help next week. I feel like driving all the way to Hope Services was a waste of time. I didn't complain but I was told you could walk in and get help. I was still hopeful until I realized they are not going to call me or they will take days to even do so. So does anyone think they will wait till over the weekend to even call me back. In the mean time I have a therapist who I hope will work with us but this place is not the place that I feel cares about people or I would have heard something by now. Imagine not one therapist for us. Hope for some but not for us. Meanwhile I have a child who is telling me he wishes he didn't exist.

I like it and the people. Our therapist, pri, is awesome. The only issue I've had is that they don't trust me to say that my son needs real therapy, not just play therapy. Although, a few months of play therapy has worked pretty well, he's getting bumped up to regular therapy now..... which could have been started months ago if they'd listened to me.

We didn t even stay. Intake didn t communicate, some woman came in asking whose is this, showing a confidential document to people in the room until we could figure out what it was and whose it was, the waiting room is loud and small so If you have sensory processing needs DONT GO. We had an appointment at 9, but they told us they don t open until 9, so they weren t even taking anyone in until then, which was a complete waste of time. We just got up and left to find somewhere that doesn t seem like such a mess. Completely unprofessional. Why would I trust my child s mental health with people less competent than herself?

*UPDATED* They seem really busy. But everyone was really nice once I got inside the building. Just go thru the main doors and go straight up to the third floor.Main door is open during business hours. No key card required.---*ORIGINAL*Um... I've been on hold for 20 minutes and I'm just right outside the building trying to figure out how to get in.

We re fostering two kiddos, and reached out to Hope Services. The initial assessments were today, and the team.was.fantastic. Kionna (unsure of spelling) was so genuinely kind and so patient - great with the kids and with us. We haven t had our first appointment yet, but my initial impression is super positive!

Well, me and my sister went to this place and they were very helpful. They were understanding and listened to my issues. Now the problems was when we were scheduled for an appointment. We dont have a car so ended up missing and rescheduling the appointment. When we tried to reschedule again we were denied. I am dealing with a lot mentally, and its a shame that they can't help me. I just need help. What if a child was on the brink of death and they were denied help? They are wrong for doing this to us. I don't recommend them.
