I can't say enough about Windmill Wellness Ranch. If you're looking for a space to heal, look no further. From mental health to addiction, Windmill is the place to address whatever you may be battling and allow you to become the person you were fully meant to be.I knew that I needed help, and reached out to several rehab facilities. Amanda answered the phone when I called WWR, and I already felt like I was family. The process to get in was effortless, and they genuinely cared about me and my recovery from the start. Most treatment centers begin with detox and launch you into immediate vigorous programming which is disheartening and exhausting, and other programs provide the detoxification process then release you back into the wild world without addressing the root of the problem. At Windmill, it's completely different. They dive deep into the individual, and are extremely detailed in the entirety of your stay including mouth-watering meals, breathtaking scenery, therapeutic intervention, brain frequency, inclusive activities, and educational/applicable classes and programming.Shortly after the welcoming phone call and a team of staff who made a way for me to get there as soon as possible, I arrived at Windmill. The Wellness advocate Lauren as well as other staff greeted me and assisted me in every step of the way to get checked in and comfortable. During detox, the nursing staff is attentive, kind and caring ensuring that you get optimal rest, delightful snacks and food, and they do not rush the process of REST. The program here is seriously impeccable. When I say they paid attention to detail, I mean EVERY detail. Every meal was DELICIOUS and the kitchen staff is friendly and makes the best food (seriously, I miss their food...), their wellness advocates do just that: advocate for you and care about your well-being, health, and progress. The recovery coaches, nursing staff, therapists, admissions and office staff, clean living coordinator, chefs, activity coordinator... they all play an intentional role and collectively ensured that my stay/ experience as well as my healing and recovery was top tier.There is no comparison to their programming. I have several friends who have been to rehab, and I met several folks here at the ranch who had tried their fair share of other wellness facilities, and they all agree upon one thing: At Windmill, you HEAL. I feel blessed beyond measure that I had the opportunity to heal and get sober at this beautiful 76 acre ranch. My body, mind and spirit have returned tenfold. The light within me that had become SO dim is brighter than it's ever been. My relationship with my higher power whom I choose to call God is stronger than it's ever been, and the people who work here displayed how much God loves me in human form.I definitely took a part of Windmill with me when I left, and I cannot wait to return to their alumni meetings as well as continue to keep in touch with the folks I met here and the friends I never knew I needed.My life has completely changed, and I'm so thankful to God for sending me to Windmill for the most unforgettable healing journey to sobriety. Being in recovery feels phenomenal, and I highly recommend this space to everyone. Shout out to my AMAZING therapist, Sarah V, who intentionally and thoroughly worked me through emotional trauma; through her therapeutic intervention I learned how to love myself again.Shout out to the wellness advocates who work so hard to make ALL clients feel comfortable and assure that NOTHING gets in the way of your progress. Coach and Jules are a dynamic duo... Coach had me back in the gym and on a healthy yet delicious meal regime, as well as provided groovy and inclusive activities for all at the ranch, and Jules works her butt off to make sure we get the ultimate experience and advocates like hell for every client. I was a shell of my potential self when I walked into rehab, and I've come out with such pure sanctification.

I just celebrated 2 years of sobriety. I owe it all to God, and IARC. Just like several others, this facility saved my life. The things I learned about myself, and how powerless I was over alcohol really opened my eyes, mind, and soul. Since I ve been sober I still go back to IARC to tell my story, and meet the new clients. I want to give them hope, and to let them know the program WORKS IF YOU WORK IT! Does that sound familiar ? Saved my life

I believe everything happens for a reason! Skyward treatment has been a life saver for me. The staff is very well trained and respectful from the top down. The general manager Court has always been there to listen to, address and advocate for me. Audrey the floor manager runs a very loving group of staff techs. Amy the clinical manager has some wonderful therapists that worked well to help me through my problems with my alcohol addiction. Jessica the director of nursing is always available to answer any questions that I ve had about medications and health. Mr. Muhammad s acupuncture was one of my favorite tools in relieving the stress, anxiety, and cravings. These folks are the real deal! I feel so overwhelmed with gratitude for the services they have provided me through recovery journey.

I think lighthouse laid down the the groundwork I needed to become the sober adult I am today. Having support from a team of people who actively pushed me to better myself was what I needed to get sober and push past my character defects.Anyone who needs a safe place to rebuild their sobriety should go here!(Photo is of the chip the owner gave me for hitting one year in sobriety, he went out of his way to pick a color I would like. ER nurse Halla was great.

Lake, a therapist here, is absolutely amazing. She also does chair yoga for patients once a week. For the first time in 43 years, she taught me how to silence my mind, open my heart vessel, and love myself. Silver Unit is the best with the best techs. Dr. Minhas is also amazing. I highly recommend, if you are feeling burnout, depression, anxiety, anything more or less, that you CHECK YOURSELF IN. The minimum stay is 7 days and totally worth it if you work the groups. It is a nice insurance paid vacation just to let your mind breathe and your emotions recoup how they should. Keep in mind though that this IS a mental hospital so you will experience the turmoil and tragedies of others. It is not always a quiet place. Please, be a compassionate human while you are there.You DO get 4 smoke breaks a day if you bring UNOPENED packs of cigs, or sometimes they have community cigs available.Kueenie is one of the main cooks and she and New York throw down on the food! Especially TRIS*, NICOLE, LAKE*, TANI, SHANNON*, MINHAS, JAVI, CASSANDRA. I owe these humans everything
