The staff lack any passable level of professionalism as they search for client documents which lay amidst disshelved cluster atop the reception desk. Maybe this is an isolated incident, as I am hoping, but if not this place is in trouble.

It's non-professional; demeanor is indicative of the substandard educational system in N.C. It's the " good-old-boys...on steroids ! The staff couldn't work in any other state. They couldn't even pass a standard oasis exam.
