I've been going her for almost two years, and the staff is wonderful. My consulor is the best in my eyes, she listens to me and I truly believe she cares about us as individuals, Her name is Billie and I think she is the best hands down of all the consulors I've had, she's the only one I've had here at this clinic. When I went to medicine wheel clinic, I went through four consulors and I just felt like a number not a person with her! I would recommend this place to anyone suffering from addiction with opiates! My children receive services at Avita in Cleveland it's by far the best location in my opinion the front desk staff is always so engaging with my kids and the other staff is so engaging and empathetic my three favorite people in this office is the front desk, nurse, and male counselor. My daughter doesn't see him but he is always quick to check in with her about her day.

I wasn t going to post publicly at first but then I realized that not doing so was continuing to hide in the stigma of addiction of a loved one, something I ve done for far too long and am not willing to do anymore. I can t speak for anyone else, but this place is a gem of a resource should you find yourself needing it. If you find yourself unlucky enough to sit in a family group here, you will quickly realize that you are at home when you didn t know you needed a home.
